I’m gonna start eating at McAllister‘s more. I always knew it was good. This location on Northwest Expressway. It’s just as good as all the rest. It’s super clean. The staff was nice. I always get the club sandwich and it’s definitely a humongous sandwich! Check them out if you’re hungry!

I frequent this location often, this is the first for me….But it was awful. This is how my nachos looked when I got them home, note the carelessness and sloppy packaging with cheese dripping everywhere from the cup chili cheese.

I usually pick up McAlisters at least once a week and normally it’s great. However, tonight I was given the saddest chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever seen. I understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a mistake. This was just plain disregard. They were already closed by the time I got home with my meal, otherwise I would have taken it back. It’s frustrating to spend money on something, only to get home and realize you have to find something else for dinner. This was nothing more than a slice of tomato on toast with a chicken salad garnish.

I have always liked McAlister’s as a good baked potato is one of my favorite items and a staple of their menu. However, I have been to this location twice in the last month and they have been “out” of baked potatoes by noon both times. Extremely disappointing.

We arrived and were less than enthusiastically attended to by the manager. We ordered in like manner. She didn’t come across as if she was open to answering any questions. My daughter ordered the Mac n cheese. She wasn’t really ready for a big meal and the manager overhead and suggested she get a bag of chips for later; I was pleasantly surprised. My older daughter ordered the BLTA with potato salad. I love BLTs so I ordered the same with broccoli cheddar soup. Estella loved her Mac n cheese and ended up gobbling up her chips too! Our BLTAs barely had any avocado to qualify. We were provided “extra”. Actually I think it was accurate to say we were given our missing item! Everything was pretty good but the service was mediocre at best. The store also had tables that needed cleaning.

We eat at McAllisters in S Okc most of the time stopped in this location at about 7:30 pm. Walked in only about 3 people eating here, i understand why. The staff stood there talking for about 5 minutes not acknowledging us to take our order. So I started filming with my phone, someone from the back noticed and got their attention and they came flying over. I ordered a baked potato and sandwich. The sandwich was ok, the baked potato was as burnt as I have ever seen. A lot of giggling in the back of the kitchen. Pretty sure it was given to us on purpose. But corporate should really look into this store and how it is ran. Disappointing I also noticed a lot of bad reviews and the management is pretty good with the OH NO, I’m so sorry this happened. But your not changing anything. Cheap comments and responses also get noticed as well.
