We had two wonderful dinners at Hawk Creek Café in Neskowin, Oregon, and the highlight each time was the incredible food prepared by Joe, the chef. Every dish was flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and truly memorable—amazing job, Joe! Your cooking is outstanding, and we can’t wait to come back for more next time we are in town. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. One evening we brought our dog and enjoyed a relaxing meal out on the patio. The next night, the wind was too strong for outdoor seating, so we weren’t able to sit outside with our dog totally understandable given the weather, and the staff handled it kindly. So we took our food home with us. Must order the calamari! Super yummy. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Delicious food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Keep up the great work, Joe! We’ll definitely be returning.

This is a sweet little spot to enjoy off Neskowin Beach and Proposal Rock. Also Near the Ghost Forest. The place was packed and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The Ruben sandwich was good, but the meat was tough to bite through. The fries were Great. I would recommend this place, it was relaxing.

Truly an enchanting experience. Caitlyn was hilarious, sweet, and a deliciously warm welcome at the end of a long day. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Hawk Creek’s best. Pizza and wine were delightful, and the service was even better.

I’m not one to leave a low review, but after the quality of the food and a $100 bill for 2, we were pretty disappointed with our meals. Our server was great, upbeat and friendly. What I remember of Hawk Creek, they used to serve a much higher quality meal with a creative presentation and a each dish was worth the money. Not sure where the shift happened, but the fish and chips were flat, dry, and every bite had a fishy after taste. The fries were great. The fish tacos were served with stale chips, and the tacos themselves lacked flavor and consisted of small chunks of fish, also with a fishy aftertaste as well. The calamari was mainly tentacles, and were dark (fried too long?) as opposed to golden and Served with a cocktail sauce that leaned more towards a ketchup only flavor. We hadn’t eaten all day, so we ended up just eating what was served. It would’ve been awkward to say something about each dish, and with business being as slow as it is on the coast in the Winter, we ate the bill and left disappointed. I’m not sure if there was a change in ownership, but sadly it just isn’t what we remember. I honestly don’t blame the chef, but more so the quality of ingredients and lack of creativity. After a bill of $100+, and what was presented, I unfortunately feel the need to say something.

The service was great! Brandon was our waiter and was very welcoming and had a really good rhythm and confidence when on the floor. Food was good, my partner got the Mac a cheese added prawns, the prawn added a nice touch and was cooked perfectly and didn’t have a fishy taste! I got the fish tacos, I added a little salt and hot sauce which made them even better. Will definitely be coming back to try the other items on the menu

Hawk Creek is such a gem. It’s in a beautiful location, the food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly. My family had the pleasure of having Caitlin as our server today and she was wonderful. Our son is autistic and she made him feel so special. She got him oyster crackers to eat while he waited for pizza and even gave him some agates to take home that just made his day. Caitlin was also attentive to our party member with a gluten intolerance and our orders came out perfect. We will definitely be back!

Cajun gish tacos are on point! Not for those who dont like spicy. My son said the rainy day grilled cheese and soup was phenomenal. I was look ing for a good spot for fish tacos and rhis place came through!
