I was in the drive through guy came to the speaker and told me to hold on.I was sitting there for over five minutes.I finally asked hello, he yells, I said wait. Has this nasty attitude? How long am I supposed to wait for you to take my order? I pull up to the order and ask to speak to the manager. And he’s the manager. Service from manager was awful ,ordered 12pc family meal on Christmas and was given old dried out chicken and sides from Uber eats and called about it they said they were closing and could replace tomorrow that’s when manager was rude and had very bad attitude.

I placed an order at this KFC 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time of 3:30 PM, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a female employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. She slammed the drive-thru window during our interaction, and to make matters worse, my bag was missing the condiments I had specifically requested.
It’s evident that upper management needs to retrain their staff and foster a culture of respect and professionalism. No matter the situation, every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect. If employees are unhappy in their roles, perhaps it’s time for them to consider a different path.
