This was my first time ever eating at Popeyes, and Allison made it such an amazing experience. Her customer service is truly elite. She went out of her way to ensure my food was fresh so I could have the best possible first tasting experience. She also helped me choose some of the most popular customer favorites on the menu and I absolutely loved everything!
The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the entire staff was welcoming and professional. Allison’s attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

I wish I could give zero stars literally the worst location in Vegas. they have children working the front and the windows run by ladies on pills or something slurring their words and just seriously off putting . but it was my daughters birthday so I spend 60$ and I drove all the way back to our town 76 miles away and when we got home and I went to go plate the food I realized it was not able to be eaten because it was severely undercooked. so I called the location and the manager was very rude and unprofessional, refused to give me a corporate or higher up number and told me if I wanted any refund or any kind of compensation I can drive back 70 miles or forget about it. it was unprofessional and just awful experience overall . how terrible for my girls birthday , lucky me I know how to bake so I made cupcakes a quick fix but lord have mercy

I’m going to start by saying my 2pc chicken was good and the customer service was decent. My order and my sides on the other hand were terrible. For my order I received items that wasn’t in my order. (It was replaced) My sides were small portions, they didn’t even fill containers up. (Photos attached) Why is Popeyes so stingy with the mac & cheese? I would never understand why they charge extra for mac & cheese, and the quality of it is not all that. The red beans and rice had way too much rice than red beans, they better off calling it Rice and Red Beans.

Paid $17 for 5tender combo. The 5 tenders were smaller than my GFs fried shrimp from the restaurant next door. The tenders we’re so overcooked that they were hard as bricks and unedible. Everything in the Box was cold, except for the tiny bit of coleslaw shoved in a package ironically that was warm. I was told no sauces were supplied but I could purchase them for 25 cents

I showed up at 4:09 PM and there was 2 cars in front of me, it took forever and I had to even park to get my 1 shrimp tackle box meal…all that took 23 mins the shrimp was good, but the mashed potatoes were lacking flavor and the amount in the container.. if you are in a rush or hungry, avoid this location

This is the worst popeyes I have ever been too. Every single time I come they never have chicken ready. That’s all you do is chicken why is not cooked. I hate having to wait 20+ minutes for them to cook chicken fresh to order. I will go to other popeyes locations farther away to avoid this mess.

This is the second time I’ve picked up from here.
This location has no sense of urgency and they seem very unorganized. They move very slow and watching is very painful to see. I had to pick up an order from here. It was already packaged but the lady didn’t know.
So I waited longer than I should have and they proved to lack communication among their team.
If I were in the mood for Popeyes, I wouldn’t go to this location.

Corporate keeps coming out with new gimmicks and I keep falling for it! I’ve had issues with multiple Popeyes but this one is the worst. Ive been double charged entire orders, orders have been wrong, items have been missing. Ive been asked to pull around to the front countless times (they have no parking and its usually taken up by the 711 customers), orders have been given away and they argue that they gave it to someone, who? Not me? I say I’m never coming back but then corporate comes out with a new flavor or collab and dammit, they get me again….. when will I learn?

Tyler need an attitude adjustment. Who worked at 6pm 11/21/25 if you don’t want to work to standard, don’t. Put the fries in the bag that’s it. I didn’t need sassy. I love Popeyes but The food here was reflective of his corny attitude.
