Well…. It happened again… they screwed up my order again. I placed an online order for a bigger Jack combo, a grilled chicken sandwich, an eight piece nuggets and fries, and a two piece chicken dinner. What I discovered when I got home was a bigger Jack combo, a regular cheeseburger and fries, an eight piece nuggets with cream potatoes, and a two piece chicken dinner. I would have carried it back but the drive thru was back up 8 cars, the lobby had two waiting on orders and four waiting to order. The three guys on the front were in an argument about what was what and who got what. This was the worst experience anyone could imagine. When I left two of the people waiting to order left to and one of them told me he would never be back. Also the same car that was waiting at the drive through window when I arrived was still there when I drove out of the parking lot. What is wrong with Jacks? Don’t use the excuse that is hard to find employees, the other restaurants in town don’t have a Keystone Cops show on display when you go there. Put an adult supervisor on each shift. If things don’t change you will not have to worry about that, you won’t have any business.

I placed an online order for 4 Southern Fried Chicken Sandwiches. We ate 2 of them the night I got them. The next night when we opened the other 2 they were chicken finger sandwiches…not what I ordered and not what I wanted. They didn’t even bother to tell me they had substituted chicken fingers. I tried to call as soon as I discovered it but nobody answered at the number listed. I will try calling again.

The GM John Kepplinger went above and beyond after I left a survey last week. He personally called me on the phone and was then at the restaurant when I came back in. He replaced my order from last week and treated me with kindness and respect. This is how it’s done!! Great job Jacks!

First, they are good about having most things ready to go all the way into the last hour. It’s better than the one in guin for sure. Nice people. The atmosphere is ok but nothing special. Food is good but nothing spectacular. They dont give you much food for your money either, so another star lost for that. Burgers are small.
