The lines move quickly and the servers are really nice. I got a bowl with white rice, double scoop of chicken, lettuce, and cheese. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken was flavorful. This is one of the better Chipotle’s I have been to. Just wish there was more seating. It feels a bit cramped in there during their lunch rush.

made a mobile order for a chicken quesadilla meal. came in on the right time, and it wasn’t ready. put chicken on the side instead inside of the quesadilla. my quesadilla wasn’t even warmed up. just threw on cold cheese and called it a day. -_- don’t go here!!

I’m super disappointed with my recent order from Chipotle. I ordered through the mobile app like I always do, and when I got home (15 minutes away), I found a hair in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting. By the time I noticed it, it was too late to go back, and honestly I shouldn’t have to.
I usually like ordering ahead for the convenience, but this experience was the opposite of convenient or appetizing. Makes me question the hygiene and quality control in their kitchen. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon. I’ve linked a photo of the bowl below. Would really like my refund but unfortunately can’t go back.

I’m tired of complaining to Chipotle about this place, but lookat at the recent 1 star reviews it is all making sense. I mean who do they have cooking these ingredients in the back, Stevie Wonder? He would probably cook this chicken better which was grossly undercooked. Potential suit by someone just waiting to happen. Not only have they gotten my order wrong about a dozen times, but now they don’t even cook the chicken? It’s my own fault for coming back to this garbage location. Unfortunately, is the only “healthy” option near my work. But I would rather eat my shoe than eat here again.

BOGUS BOGO email offer! Didn’t work in the store and manager wouldn’t honor. Said they don’t have a button for it.

Headquarters said they would put BOGO offer on my rewards account, but I can’t access account. Tried everything to reset password. Feels like I am blocked or cancelled.

It’s so much easier to go to BiBiPop. They have great tasting food and honor their reward offers.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional behavior and lack of leadership displayed by this manager. On numerous occasions, I have entered this establishment only to be met with a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. The energy is often off the moment I walk in, and it’s clear that it stems directly from the manager’s conduct.

There have been several times when he has come in yelling and berating his employees — loudly enough for customers like myself to witness. It is incredibly unprofessional and unsettling to be standing in line, trying to place an order, while hearing a manager scream about where one of his employees is. This type of behavior is not only disrespectful but creates a hostile and chaotic environment for both the staff and customers.

Today was the final straw. Watching employees walk out in visible frustration after yet another confrontation was deeply concerning. It’s clear that morale is at an all-time low, and the lack of respect and composure from management is entirely to blame. No employee should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment in the workplace, and no customer should have to witness it.

As a business owner myself, I find this level of unprofessionalism absolutely unacceptable. I take great pride in how I treat my own team — with respect, communication, and accountability — qualities this manager seems to lack entirely. From what I’ve observed, he not only fails to lead by example but also contributes to a toxic work environment that reflects poorly on your entire establishment.

If this is the kind of management behavior that is tolerated, it raises serious questions about the standards and values of this business. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed immediately because I will not be returning until significant changes are made.

Literally every time I go into this establishment, they do not have the steam table stocked with food. Went in today and asked for chicken on my bowl and was told it wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait 10 minutes. The girl behind the counter stared at me like it was my problem. I’m not sure who is doing food prep, but clearly they need to arrive earlier than 11:00 to start for the day. When you open at 11:00 for the lunch rush, it’s probably advantageous to have your food stocked. Done with this place. No plans to visit again as I have given them multiple chances.

I’ve been coming here since starting a new job last year near by and this Chipotle is very conveniently located. Now I need to find somewhere else for quick lunches. For some reason the quality control has tanked in the last month or two. I get the same order here 2-3 times every couple weeks and out of the last 6 times I have ordered via the app for pickup, 2 of my orders have been a different order entirely and 1 was the right order but did not include any of the sauces I added in my order. Extremely disappointing because I can really only take 30 minutes or so for lunch to be effective the rest of the day in my office. I don’t have time to run back to correct my order, wait for them to make a new one, and inconvenience everyone else in line. Do I really to rip open my bag to check every time in the parking lot to make sure? How can I even trust they’re making my bowl properly anymore?

I normally order a chicken bowl with black beans, light rice, some vegetables, and a couple salsas. My order today had no chicken, brown beans, corn, no salsa, and guacamole?? Ridiculously inconsistent. It wasn’t like this until recently.

$14.60 for a burrito bowl is quite the wallet opener…It was good food, fast, the employees were pleasant and the place looked clean…

There was no guacamole available on this visit per large note attached to ordering display…

I eat a lot of Spanish food and the price comparison is a bit crazy…I don’t know if I would make this a regular in my rotation when there are many more restaurants that value the dollar for their consumer…

The manager/the district manager needs to put some of the old heads at this location in
check when it comes to treating coworkers with respect to the younger staff. I was just in there, grabbing food and saw one of the older members talk in a unwelcoming way to his colleague, and the young man seemed very uncomfortable and disappointed with how he is treated and it’s visible on his face. If some of the old members don’t want to work there That’s fine, but don’t treat others with disrespect. Feel free to reach out to me about the situation.

And please lower the music.
