This pizza is trash. Why own a coal oven if you can’t train employees how to cook on it. News Flash…..NO ONE WANTS TO EAT BURNT PIZZA. I would highly recommend people go elsewhere. This pizza is mids at best. If they were so close close to me I would never eat here again. I wish I could just say they just had a bad day….Nope, this is my 3rd day grabbing a slice here this week and it has happen on all 3 different slices!!!! Thanks for having zero quality control of your products and selling your customers burnt pizza. Do you even have a manager there? Id there anyone in your pizzeria thats ServeSafe Certified???? It sucks the owners run such poor business here.

Pizza was not what I expected from a coal fired oven. Crust is flat, with no noticeable oven spring or char. Not much flavor. There is nothing particularly wrong with this pizza, but it’s just average to slightly below average. By comparison, the pizza slices on display at Whole Foods look a lot better. We also had wings, which had pretty good flavor, though we all agreed they were swimming in too much grease.

An excellent pizza. Some of the best I’ve had around Bucks. Every ingredient was high-quality and fresh. The Margherita coal fired was absolutely worth it. Plus, the employees were extremely nice.

Since moving to Warrington this place is the best for coal fire pizza!!! Delivery was right on time. I got a traditional and coal fired, it was delicious. The grilled chicken salad spot on, i will definitely order again!!!
The fries were cooked over. A little disappointed. It was mozzarella fries but it was hard and over cooked everything else was delicious.

I just ordered a pepperoni pizza. When it got here, we determined that the bottom was blackened and didn’t want it. When I called the manager told me that it wasn’t burnt because he cooked it. When I told him I wanted a refund, he insisted that the pizza was not burnt and requested that I send him a picture of it. These events angered me. I am absolutely pissed. Finally, he said he would send a refund, but wanted the pizza back. Nobody wants a burnt pizza. This is the second time I’ve complained to this establishment. And, they have lost this customer for sure. Finally, whomever the manager was was hard to understand, and possessed a toxic level of arrogance.

Ordered takeout many times but today’s takeout was AWEFUL !!! Ordered two cheese steak sandwiches for takeout and I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. The steak sandwiches were cold, limited meat, couldn’t find the cheese and the rolls were stale. Don’t think I will order from them again.

It’s crazy to me how they let the gumball machine get as dirty as it is. Especially when it’s the first thing you see walking in. My pizza tasted burnt because it was. The cheese steak was not too bad but the bread was very soft to where It felt soggy without even being wet

Customer service was excellent. I called to edit my order after I did an online order. They were quick and efficient. Food was ready when I got there. I even grabbed some bagels for tomorrow morning. Pizza is delicious and crisp like we like it. Definitely recommend!! I want to try the wings next time for sure!

Frankly, was expecting more from HG’s with the “beer wall” and restaurant size. However, it’s basically a serve yourself pizza place. With the exception of the large seating area, it’s no different than any other neighborhood pizza place. It is a fend-for-yourself ordeal. Person at register didn’t know how the beer wall worked so had to get someone else to help with that. Unfortunately, they don’t have the volume of diners to keep all 32 taps active. So, only 16 were active and even those weren’t moving enough product. Tried to pour a Lagunitas but it was mostly foam. Just went and got a can of Voodoo Ranger Juicy Hazy from the beer cooler.
Ordered fries, small Half Moon Bay pizza and small Sausage, Pepper and Onions pizza. Fries were cooked well. Pizzas were good but not great. Surprisingly, the Broccoli Rabe was prepared well but, in my opinion, the Half Moon Bay pizza needs more red sauce.
