My experience today, Dasher with multiple orders takes 40 min to deliver our cold food. Look in the bag after 40 mins of waiting to have missing food. If you were out of Souffle call “Hey where out is there Something else you’d like?” Very simple. That didn’t happen. oh and the$5 fruit cup with the 3 slithers of 1 strawberry, smushed old blueberries the only item I received that I ordered. So I’m hangry with no food. Plot thickens I don’t get my money back I receive a “Credit” from a place I will no longer order from. Such great customer service all around TGIF!!!!!
P.S. to Dashers would you pay or like cold food, while you snatching up all these orders then taking an eternity to deliver. But hey you got paid and you got the tip you didn’t deserve wooohooo!!!!

(At 11:30am on a weekday) Upsides: location and variety of seating outside the restaurant; food was GOOD. Downsides: staff is unfriendly and dismissive, probably because of dysfunctional workspace. They have to fill drinks for grubhub deliveries (in front of waiting customers who are also trying to get their drinks). The restaurant has no functional seating inside it because of boxes and cleaning supplies/tools in the way, which have to go somewhere. I wouldn’t eat here except as an alternative to the hospital cafeteria or another compelling reason, at least at a busy time. Really, Panera, get it together and make this situation more practical. You’re forcing your staff to cut in front of customers who are on a short lunch break to fill those drinks. This works for NOBODY.

The employees that work here are some of the rudest in the city. Almost every single time I come in there to pick up orders they are extremely rude. I’ve seen multiple employees vaping behind the counter handling food. Employees wearing pajama pants.

First time at this location. Very pleased with the quick service in the midst of a busy environment. Employees were very friendly and engaged with customers. Food quality is top notch. I love the Mediterranean bowl with chicken! The bowls are a great option for those who need to eat gluten free. Very healthy and filling.

Waited 20 minutes for brioche bacon egg add avocado, and a drink. Got my egg it’s raw. No avocoda unless you count the smear. Will never come back. Workers are rude. Gonna take it to a different panera and get my money back. Half tempted to call corporate. $10 and 20 plus minutes of a waste. So sad this is the standard they feed the hospital staff and the people waiting in the hospital.

Very clean. The ladies that were tidying up the refreshments bar were very delightful, courteous and mindful of not only guests but their team members as well. It really stood out when I overhead one team member guiding (a possible trainee) on their values to think of others as well when performing all of their duties. That was very refreshing! Well done!

This was my first visit at the Chestnut Street location and it was not a pleasant experience. When I arrived there was one person behind the counter and no one at the register. I reviewed the menu prior to my arrival so I knew what I wanted to order. I just had to confirm that the item was still on the menu. So I stepped up to the register, no one else in line and waited. I looked over at the person behind the counter and they just stared at me. Finally after a few minutes they walked over to where I was standing and took my order. The teriyaki chicken & broccoli lacked flavor and was luke warm. In addition, we are in the mist of a COVID pandemic and the bread was just thrown into the bag.

5 visits, 5 wrong orders…dont slice, toast when you dont want it toasted, wrong cream cheese or no cream cheese and they check the receipt off with a big smiley face like the order is right. I also put order in advance….Absolutely zero excuses

This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve received expired food, food that had been retagged who knows how many extra days. My parfait tasted sour and had to be tossed and didn’t even have its expiration date on it. Went from ordering several times a week at this location to driving the extra distance for better quality.

I did a door dash order. Chicken salad, fruit cup and a orange glazed sconce. The chicken salad had a bunch of mixed greens that had the smell of petroleum/ chemical agent. The sconce was stale . The fruit cup was 2/3 full . The fruit was tasteless. 50.00 + for a disgusting lunch . I do not recommend the chicken salad!!!
