I had an amazing experience at La Wagyeria. The space is big enough for families and large parties. The food here is delicious and you can tell they really care about the quality of the meat. You get to choose your own cut of meat which I thought was an awesome. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Went for the Miami Spice menu and was very very happy with it! The meat was incredibly and the sides were also delicious! The risotto side was by far my favorite so creamy and delicious!
We shared the Denver and the NY. I have to say they were both amazing but I’d go with the Denver since it’s such a different cut.
The restaurant is dog friendly just make sure someone can watch the pup while you go pick your cut of meat.

La Wagyeria is more than a steakhouse, it is a full experience. We started with the Wagyu dumplings and mixed croquettes, both delicious. The highlight was the chef’s surprise meat selection, showcasing their ranch raised American Wagyu from Okeechobee. Truly melt in your mouth.
Make sure to order both desserts and pair the whole meal with the Red Bonanza wine. This place is worth visiting for the quality, the story, and the unforgettable flavors.

The food is great just as is the atmosphere was as well. It is awesome that you can choose your own cut of meat so they can than serve you. The only reason I’m giving you 4 stars is because of the waitress. We had to call her several times while she and other staff were talking by the computer, and my husband and I really wanted to try the dessert, but we couldn’t since she never came when we called her. The waitress needs to be checking her tables. I finished my drink and she never checked or offered another one. In conclusion the food was Great but the service is poor here.

La Wagneriana is an outstanding concept that brings dining to another level, especially for meat lovers. What makes this place truly unique is the idea: you choose your cut of meat directly, and then the kitchen prepares it to perfection. It creates a sense of interaction and anticipation that makes the meal feel personal and special.
The quality of the meat is exceptional, each cut displayed beautifully, allowing you to appreciate the marbling and freshness before it even hits the grill. Once cooked, the result is nothing short of spectacular: tender, flavorful, and seared to perfection, highlighting the natural richness of the meat without unnecessary complications.
What also sets La Wagneriana apart is the atmosphere. It has a refined yet relaxed vibe, making it suitable for both casual nights out and special occasions. The service is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide you through the different cuts and cooking styles, ensuring you get exactly the experience you’re looking for.
For those who love steak and the idea of choosing their meat before it’s cooked, La Wagneriana is a must-visit. It’s not just dinner, it’s an engaging, high-quality culinary experience.

Food was spectacular. This was more than just a meal, it was truly an experience. We came for the Miami spice menu, which had a normal version and higher end one. We ended up having one of each and it was totally worth it. Service was excellent and the icing of the cake was picking your own meat.

it’s an interesting experience and i enjoyed learning about behind the scene. we had skirt steak, picahna, and Denver steak. they were all delicious but some bites were too fatty for me. denver steak was less flavorful among the three. my favorite was orzo risotto. dessert were good as well. service was good. overall, a good experience.

We visited La Wagyueria for the $60 Miami Spice dinner menu. We started with croquettes and wagyu dumplings, both flavorful, with the dumplings standing out for their delicate wrapper and tangy tamarind glaze. The main course was perfectly cooked wagyu steaks, both the NY strip and Denver cut, tender and juicy with sides of crisp roasted potatoes and creamy truffle orzo risotto. Desserts were cute and satisfying, with the light Basque cheesecake and “The Pot,” a fun mix of ice cream, Nutella, pretzels, caramel, and Oreo crumbles served in a cute little flowerpot. The included sangria was refreshing, service was attentive, and the cozy space made the evening feel special.
