Worse wings an fries, cold an nasty. I ordered all 8 Nashville hott, I got half lemon pepper other you call Nashville hott.. I wouldn’t even feed my dog these fries. Plus lady at the counter was rude an unprofessional.. Do yourself a favor an go to publix for wings.

VERY disappointed. We have been very pleased with our take away from Chili’s. But these wings were so over cooked that they should be ashamed to serve them. We did enjoy the different sauces we tried. Doubtful that we would order these again.

I love Chili’s honey chipotle sauce. It’s available on the wings here, so it’s perfect. The curly fries are tasty. Their ordering system has messed up a couple times when I’ve ordered and gone to pick up, but they always fix it with minimal hassle.

I am sadly disappointed in the Polk County It’s Just Wings. We enjoyed wings from the location on Treasure Island over the weekend and definitely ASSUMED it would be the same in our county. The wings (32) from Treasure Island were CRISPY (lemon pepper/apple bbq) and very flavorful with curly fries in each container. Literally to perfection! The wings from the Auburndale location were wet, falling off the bone and OVERLY smokey with a small container of fries for 32 wings. We never tasted the flavors we selected (lemon pepper/apple bbq) due to the smokiness and limited sauce/flavor. I think someone may need to take a page out of Treasure Island’s book. I will NEVER order these from here again. I cannot get rid of the smokey taste…ugh!

Ordered through doordash as I’m heavily pregnant (and have a toddler already) only to have the poor driver waiting there an hour for my food (she texted me at 6:17 saying it still wasn’t ready and didn’t get out of there until 7:19). When I called they couldn’t even give me a direct answer as to how much longer she would have to wait (person on the phone didn’t even check) just said “waiting on the people in the kitchen there isn’t anything that I can do it’s busy” I get that sometimes places get busy but when I finally did get my food it was cold and soggy, Like it had been sitting there and no one had bothered to check. I also only live about 10 mins from the place so really no way it would have gotten cold on the drive here. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this chilli’s just was trying to give it a second chance. Never again.

Arrived for my pick up order, got told it’d be right out. Saw multiple cars come and go with pickup orders. After 20 minutes I went in and saw my order just sitting there. No one said a word even when I came in. Terrible service.
