I would give this Pizza Hut 0 stars if I could! AWFUL PITIFUL POOR customer service! DISGUSTING DRY SUBPAR PIZZA! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION… My husband and I called to order our pizza. The woman who answered the phone was rude and kept yawning. She did not know the products they sell. We said we’d call back and she yawned loudly before adding okay and hanging up. To avoid the incompetent phone service we ordered online and promptly found the type pizza we were seeking- which were told on the phone they did not carry. There were at least 6-7 mean sad and miserable young people behind the counter who ignored me for at least 3-5 minutes before 1 young man came to the counter. He was detached and indifferent as he unveiled the medium sized pizza. We had ordered a large. The slices looked dry and were strewn around the box. The toppings were wrong. BUT having NEVER had a negative food experience at Pizza Hut I left hoping it tasted better than it looked. The crust was like a cracker, there was little to no sauce, very little cheese and the toppings were sparse. I choked on the pizza, it was that dry! I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. I gave my cat who loooves pizza a slice- she sniffed the slice then she gagged before walking away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED ALL KINDS OF TRAINING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CULINARY SKILLS. I wish I could get back my husband’s money that he spent on that TRASH and the life minutes I wasted on even driving there.

Ordered 18 wings and a medium veggie pizza +pepperoni. Pizza toppings were very sparce. This order was placed through the app and scheduled for curbside pickup. There is no designated parking for curbside pickup. I sat in my auto directly in front of the entry door for 10 minutes. Even though my order had been ready, no one brought out the order. I eventually went inside to get the order. Asked that they return the prepaid tip and they did without hesitation.
I know they’re new. Open 2 weeks now. I’ll give them one more shot to get it together. Hope they do.

had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Hut location. My pizza arrived completely burnt – not just a little overcooked, but actually blackened and inedible. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering a replacement, they acted like it was my fault for complaining.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for years, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Burnt food and poor customer service do not make for a good dining experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing so.

I ordered a big dinner box with WINGS not wing nuggets.
When you place your order, it read pasta or wings.
When ordering wings from any other place, you do not get boneless wings!! That does not make sense. Wings are not boneless. I’ve ordered the dinner box before and actual wings came with my ordered.
Boneless wings are not a thing. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would have went to chick fil A.

We just moved to Fort Washington, and I’m so happy to have a Pizza Hut near our home! Today, we placed an order, and the two ladies at the front were amazing. They made us feel so welcome. Even though I didn’t know which sauce to pick for my wings, they were patient and very helpful.

It took over an hour for me to get my pizza, and I had to complain for them to give me my food. then when they gave me my pizza they had my 3 personal pizzas in one box and two was pepperoni and one was cheese, and now i can’t even eat my cheese pizza because I can’t stand pork. my kids ate my pizza. SMH ♂️

Despite the poor reviews, I decided to give the new Pizza Hut in Ft. Washington a try. Big mistake! I ordered online and arrived at the store in 15 min (estimated pickup time). A customer in line at the register was told her pizza was “ready”, but it could not be found. The employee (teenage girl) told the customer they would have to recook her order. When I got to the register, I was given my pizza. As I was opening the box to check my order, I asked for cheese and pepper packets and was told it would cost an additional $1.00 for each. (I said ‘no thanks’). I noticed one of my 3 pizzas was wrong (barbecue chicken instead of pepperoni) so I informed the employee and showed her my receipt. They couldn’t find my pizza either and told me it would be 10 minutes to remake it. I choose to just leave, since my other 2 pizzas would have been cold if I would’ve waited for them to remake the other one. (SMH). I tried to give them a chance, but I won’t be returning. The pizzas tasted mediocre at best.
