Upon ordering from this place more than a handful of times, i can confidently say this is the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. Service sucks and the food is somehow even worse. Have had to get refunds from here multiple times. Orders always wrong, but today was mindblowing. Ordered a double wrapped burrito, which was supposed to include guac, sour cream, salsa, and this is how i recieved it. None of those toppings i mentioned, and no double wrap. Paid $17 for something that’s just borderline insulting. Don’t give this place so many chances like i did

Well since I cant get in contact with the Manager of the store because when you call the number it asks a 100 automated questions and still you cant get thru. I was in that store the other night at 9:50 pm they close at 11, I ordered a bowl as with everything that I normally get end of it all ask for shredded cheese. The guy said we have no more cheese so I was ok with it until I was paying and saw cheese on the line where they do the online ordering from so I asked can I get some of that cheese and the other person at the register said NO we cant give you that cheese its for onlne only. Are you serious they are treating that area like its a completely different business. For a place I used to go to at least 4 times a week I will not go bsck you cant keep your cheese and the outrageous way your running that store. Worst Chipotle that I have ever gone to.

I had a problem with ordering from the wrong chipotle all the way from Flordia lmao! Manager and his team were awesome and treated me well to fix my problem. He simply told me I payed and say my proof and just gave me my order without and consternation. Awesome place and should go. Will be coming back!

yeah place is definitely different depending on staff that’s there. got served a bowl by a girl who was on break eating, who just hopped back and put on gloves like nothing happened. and she put her half eaten bowl on the line! older lady looked at her like it was the tenth time she did it. pretty funny but sad.

i don’t leave reviews. i find them to be a waste of time usually. but this is the closest chipotle to me and sometimes a girl want chipotle. the amount of times i have placed a pick up or delivery order and i have had to either call for a refund or go back due to missing items is outrageous. as someone who who works in food service i understand places get busy, people make mistakes, things happen. but for it to be every single time i get food at a place it is an issue either of staffing, training, or management. i’m deeply upset that i now have to drive out of town if i want chipotle because i simply can not continue to order from this one anymore.

I am not a person to write a review but i have no words for how I was treated here last night for the buy 1 get 1 entree night.
After waiting an 25 minute line (which is perfectly okay) i was greeted by an extremely unpleasant and unfriendly woman with a nose piercing aka witch nose. she told me to “calm down” when i asked how long the wait was for chicken. After waiting i proceeded to point to toppings because the music was so loud she could not hear me, she told me to “move my finger from her face”. i was embarrassed. she moved my bowls down the line and made fun of the kid for “making a mess” dropping a few pieces of cheese when he was in a rush. Talk about out a toxic worker. The guy with the curly hair dreads apologized to me and almost look embarrassed. As i went to check out I forgot to order a side of avocado and the boy on the register asks for it and she responds “why didn’t you or her tell me” My apologies i didn’t know it was such a big deal that I forgot guacamole. The boy at the register apologize to me also and I asked him if this was her normal behavior and he responded yes, I’m really sorry for your experience her, Is there anything I could do to make your experience better? Him and curly her boy were very kind, but chubby girl needs a lecture. I will be calling corporate.

I did order for staff placed it online it ask for everyone’s name we order the way they are supposed. 5 bowls and 1 burrito instead of putting in catering box they have to us in brown bag with no name on any of the products everything mixed up. Why ask for names when you can’t label it. This was for work and no one know who’s order is whose it’s not fair. Going forward when there is bulk order put names on top it’s only takes few seconds.

Place was extremely dirty. Came in at about 930PM on this past Tuesday. IMMEDIATELY WAS BEING RUSHED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY THE SKINNY GIRL WITH GLASSES. I couldn’t even think and mind you I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. The shorter and kind of buff guy at the register was really nice so I hope that he doesn’t get in trouble, but that girl is nothing but terrible at customer service and should find another job.

This chipotle was a hot mess during my visit yesterday. Immediately upon walking in it was visually dirty, a mess and disgusting. Then my order that was marked as ready was not. I could have looked over all that but then both of my bowls were cold and soaked like a soup. Disgusting.
