This is the worst Burger King ever everytime I go there my order is wrong. You pay for food and never get what you order I paid to upsize to a large and got a medium when door dash got my food. They gave my wife sweet tea which we did not order. 20$ for food and then it’s not worth it and when you call they are always sorry and will replace it. The sodas where wrong and the fries tasted old and bland. I’m done with this place.
So here we go again go and order a whopper meal with bacon. I got 2 little pieces of burnt bacon. My fries were old and bland and I ordered a large and had half an order of old bland fries. . The sandwich was put together so sloppy it wouldn’t even stay together to eat. All the pickles were on one side. Pay 20$+ and give subpar food. It’s ridiculous.

Double whopper was cold, fries were cold. Honey mustard chicken wraps were plain…. Got the cini minis, they were under cooked, and didn’t receive icing for them or honey mustard we asked for the fries. Worst part, sweet tea…. Was unsweet. Thank god McDonald’s was still open. $23 and some change, then had to spend another 20 there so we could have hot food. Thank but no thanks Burger King of russelleville. Worst experience I’ve ever had there …

Working in area, stopped for breakfast. Got the 2 for 5 and ultimate breakfast platter. Pancakes in the platter were nasty. Thought it was just me, had others try it, same response.

If I can give a negative rating I would. I arrived at 920pm waited 25 mins for a whopper meal and received it at 945pm. No refund when I asked. Was told I would get fresh hot meat for my wait. No, I want my money back so I can go elsewhere. Still sorry I can’t do that. So I will be in touch with the corporate office about this. It’s like no one cares anymore. Really sad as a Corporate business.

Every time I go to this store I have ordered a double bacon biscuit
and a large sweet tea completely full of ice. I have not yet received a double bacon biscuit but instead I get a bacon egg and cheese. I believe this is intentional. The people there are very argumentative with me.

08/25/2024 @ 3:30pm in driv~thru. I just wanted to thank yall for the great service & my drink. I ordered a medium orange vanilla coke & it was the BESTEST drink I ever had. I have always gotten, in the past, a drink & not drank it. I’ve done it for almost 40 years now. But today my drink was absolutely the most BESTEST ever. So therefore I drank it all. Also tne houng man that was workin the drive~thru, should be givin a raise or promoted(js)he was tha most friendliest person.Again ty 5 such GREAT SERVICE. I give yall all the Starz in the universe. I’ve only stopped at this BK this one time but my experience was excellent. Very friendly, order received quickly. Men’s room was clean. And as soon as there was a break in serving customers the manager was sweeping the floor and cleaning up the condiments area.
