They have cut the hours and don’t have a lot of staff. So takes a little longer. But the lady who helped me was great. Hopefully people who like Hardee’s will come here. But it is a bit off the beaten path and hard to find. All in all if you are a local. Help them out and give them some business. Right now they close at 5pm.

Well it only took ten mins for someone to come inside to take my order and I got a five pc chicken and they were so old and dry and was only a two pc at the end of the day cause they dryer up so bad from sitting so long so sad and mad at the same time this shit wouldn’t have happened if I went to Wendy’s and then I go to call them to see if I can pick up some fresh ones and bring these ones back and they have the phone off the hook so all u get is a busy signals freaking crazy!!!!

Hardee’s? Hardly! Service was ok nice girl at the window but other than that the food was awful. Hash browns were soaked in oil same with chicken on my husband’s biscuit. I ordered a platter and it was the same thing with those as well. The gravy didn’t taste like anything. We also ordered a cinnamon roll and it was frozen. Much better after 40 seconds in the microwave. Overall it’s a 1 for me.

So I was here at 6:15 am. Right off on DT window says they close at 5pm. Seemed like only 1 lady doing it all. Service was friendly and fairly fast. I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo with coffee. Food was lukewarm, biscuit taste like they didn’t make them properly. Flour tasting and honestly once gravy was added it was still not worth eating. Painfully obvious that not all Hardee’s are created equal. Myself I will steer clear of here in the future. Dunnellon Hardee’s far more Superior!

$10 burger was less than mediocre. Chicken nuggets even worse. I felt like I was a “bother” to the employee at the drive thru window just for being there. Will NEVER come here again. Chick-fil-A is cheaper and better service.

This place is great as long as you use the drive thru if u walk in they let i stand at the counter and ignore i for 30 mins then they walk out to take your order. If u ordered online they print it when u get there then make your order which defeats the purpose will not be back.

Don’t go here if you want to earn points on the app, it doesn’t work. Scanned mine for 2 different meals now and nada. Also, I ordered ahead of someone else and they got his food to him right away, mind you he had twice the amount of food I ordered.

I couldn’t tell you how the food taste because the staff I encountered was so rude I didn’t even finish my order before I told the girl cancel my meal because she had a nasty attitude. This is not how you let a business be ran. Where is management here?! Hire new people and get rid of the ones who make It seem like your burdensome to them. Customer service -8!
