Ohana was a great choice for dinner while in town! We had the garlic shrimp and bulgogi beef for entrees and some sushi rolls. The food was great and the service was very friendly. I would definitely return when in the area again.

We loved our visit to Ohana. We didn’t see anything that screamed Hawaii on the menu, however, the food we ordered was phenomenal. The service was great. We were even greeted by the owner and asked if we were happy with the food and service. We will definitely go back

Grilled Seabass entree, the seasoning on the fish was good. Fish was tougher on the outside both top* bottom of the filet. The steamed vegetables looked pretty on the plate, they had no seasons at all, no flavor. The steamed white rice was ok for plain white rice, bland.
Had a sushi roll, with smoked salmon. The smoked salmon tasted like flavored with liquid smoke, not a good taste! Other entree ordered was chicken Pad Thai, husband rated 2.5 star’s, chicken has some pieces that were mushy, Pad Thai flavor was fine. Lemonade & sweet tea, were great!
Won’t return. Will go to French Lick Ohana, they were 5star there! Sorry Jasper

A group of 12 met there for a reunion lunch. We were given a private table and it was nice. We ordered a variety of items off the menu and everyone was pleased with what they got. I ordered the sweet chili shrimp and it was so good I am thinking about driving back today, even though it is 76 miles, to get it again. The service was prompt and pleasant. Will be eating there when ever in Jasper.

I liked this place much better before the renovation. I’m not a fan of how chic and flashy the interior is now, but that’s me. Drinks tasted off, almost flat. Food was very blah. Sushi was awful, tasted a bit dried out and the amount of sauce was about the size of my pinky nail. I wouldn’t recommend. Though I want to say, the staff was kind and friendly, even while they were short-handed they were great.

This place is a joke. Asian inspired food, what they called fried rice was cafeteria rice at best. Steamed white rice with a fee cubed carrots from a can and a couple Lima beans. Steamed veggies that had been sitting in a warming table too long making them over cooked. The main course was thinly sliced steak wrapped around imitation crab meat which wasn’t bad but for 27 bucks I’d expect a better meal in a whole. The sushi was made with probably the same cafeteria rice from the back. Very loose rolls that couldn’t hold themselves together. You couldn’t pick up your pieces and eat them like you should, just scrape them off the plate with a fork to eat. Atmosphere is not a high end restaurant at all but more of a sports bar feel with multiple TV’s playing different sporting events. I mean one TV was play competition break dancing SMH. A bar literally to sit and older drinks and food in the exact same spot as it was back in the days of Jerry’s. Other than paint and decor it’s still Jerry’s, way to spruce it up!!!!! All in all I won’t be returning.

One of my favorite restaurants in town! The food is great, the staff is kind, and we’ve never had a problem here. My only complaint is that it gets pretty loud at times but that’s just a personal issue.

Great food and fast service. Quiet for Sunday lunch. Sushi was made fresh while we watched. It was a clean as well. It didnt make us feel out if place with our jeans and t-shirts.

Ordered to go. The sushi was not kept to temperature and fell apart upon attempting to lift it. It tasted bland. The sauces were equally bland and lacking in flavor. The mushrooms were gross and the Honolulu chicken and vegetables smelled off and looked depressing. One of the worst places I have been to eat in Jasper.

Sushi was barely edible, the hibachi was ok.
Guess the sushi chef worked at a snow cone place before because they were giant balls of rice that didn’t stay together. The fish itself was so big I had to cut it into 3rds and was far from fresh.
While the service was nice, that is not anything close to decent sushi.
