My experience with Panda Express is usually a good one but on Tuesday (01/27) during the snowstorm it was one of the few places open and my family wanted some takeout so we decided on this place. We ordered our usual plates and Crab ragoons. I payed and was then told I had to wait 15-20min for the food to be ready. I was confused because everything I ordered was already prepared behind the glass but, I was told that it was already set aside for the to-go orders, so I waited. I got my food and left relieved because at least the food was fresh (or so I thought). My girlfriend complained about the food tasting old and didn’t finish all her kung-pao chicken. I also found that my ragoons were missing from the order altogether. I tried calling them to see if I could get a simple credit for next time since it was only $2 and some change but they didn’t answer, probably due to to all the orders coming in so I just told myself that I would ask for a comp next time since I live nearby and visit often. Two days later, today I go in to order my usual again and mention the ragoons but was told by the manager on duty that because I didn’t let them know the day that it happened they can’t do anything about it.. I didn’t expect them not to be able to fix a simple missing item, very disappointing

With so many new restaurants opening up, majority of us forgot about panda express.
But my son and I are definitely going to come back bc the service is awesome, it’s very clean and they make the food in small batches so it’s always going to be fresh and not sitting there all day!

Fresh hot entrees! Service was great even though peak was beginning when we came in. The POS guy was very hard to understand. Area was clean and well stocked. We find the price very reasonable and this Lewisville Panda Express is our fave!

Ugh. Empty drive thru ahead of me, ordered double chicken and 1 beef, only got the chicken, no beef. 12 minute trip back really not worth it.

I ordered double white rice, we received greesy noodles instead. I called this location, the manager first lied and stated the system was down and we could not have ordered from that location, when I provided the address, the unprofessional individual laughed and said “oh we are busy, nothing I can do since we ordered on the app” The app didn’t mess up the order the workers at that location did. I tell you, some folks are extremely unintelligent! Highly disappointed and will NEVER ordered from that location again

Stopped by for a quick togo order around 11AM and damn… there was this one man that served me – I forgot to ask his name… but he was of Hispanic descent and wow, he had such an amazing energy!!! I want to take a moment to highlight Caidin in this review. He was incredibly efficient, even during their busiest times when the line was out the door. I placed an online order, and despite the rush, he apologized for the wait, asked for my name, and ensured I knew he hadn’t forgotten about me. He was really hustling! Caidin is a fantastic team member, providing great service even when things get hectic!

I ordered on the app. When my coworker delivered my food it was burnt. I drove back to the location and the lady manager was Very Rude. I tried to give her my order so she could remake and she said, I cant take that. So O gave her the receipt to use to remake. When I got to the register she snatched the food she refused to initially take, gave me the new food and said. “Im keeping your receipt” I told her no she is not because I paid for the food. She wrote all over my receipt, rolled her eyes and I just left. Worst experience EVER!

This place is a rip-off. The lady said this was a spoon full. More like a half a spoon. This was a good place to go and gave more than a spoon full of meat. Now it is five spoon full of rice and six pieces of orange chicken. Hope this helps people to not go to this place. Because I will never go back ever again. I was a good customer. This place must be paying someone off at the city to keep this place open with bad food. If you do go I warned you and good luck. I also don’t recommend this place.
