Not the best Starbucks I’ve been to. I got the refillable coffee with my friend, as we both chose to study there. I asked for them to add microfoam to the coffee to make it similar to a latte, and was willing to pay the extra amount. They said they don’t do microfoam, so I assumed it was the wording and said I’ll take steamed milk. I’ve been to multiple Starbucks that understood what microfoam meant and adjusted, however, from my experience in working in customer service, when you can’t do something, you usually offer an alternative by saying something like “Sorry, we don’t do microfoam, but we can steam your milk, it’s very similar”. She didn’t do that though. When I adjusted the wording, the barista had an attitude as well, and I was very polite to her. We were also the only two people in the Starbucks besides two others who were also studying. They also only gave one of the coffees steamed milk, and left the other plain. I explicitly asked for both of them to be the same multiple times. This isn’t the only time I’ve had a negative experience at this location either. Moral of the story, don’t waste your time here, the Loch Leven Starbucks is 10x better!

I haven’t been to Starbucks in a while, but I decided to stop by and order an iced matcha latte through the app, specifically requesting light ice. When I took my first sip after leaving, I realized the cup was almost entirely filled with ice. I only got about three sips before the drink was gone. This was really disappointing, especially since I made sure to customize the order.

My drink tasted like mildew. The big girl Emily kept interrupting me when I tried to tell her what was wrong with my drink so I asked for a refund instead of having it remade. She started talking to me like she had authority over me and then told me I needed to leave without refunding my drink or fixing it! I took the drink with me and ran into a EPO friend as I left. He tried it and immediately spit it out. I’ll be reporting this to the health department. Curious if anyone else had a dirty drink? It would be criminal if she is knowingly serving drinks that could make you sick. I don’t know what was more disgusting, my drink or her behavior. She claims to be the manager and that there’s no one above her to talk to. I think she’s lying.

Shany’ah is beyond cool she’s always on point I am a delivery driver every time I come here and she’s working. My order is waiting on me. The whole crew is working very hard. She’s the one that I spoke to usually I’m here waiting for about three or four minutes just because it’s impossible to keep up with the workload that they are dealing with if I own this place they would all get a raise. Keep up the good work.

I love Starbucks but will never return to this location so long as Emily continues to work there. We (includes children) were served drinks that had a taste that can only be described as dirty dish water!! When I tried to address the problem in a way that was considerate of how busy they were, Emily was unable to hear it! Instead she talked over and spoke down. She gas lit, was condescending, refused to allow the matter to be addressed by anyone but her and felt that compensation worth 50% of what was paid should be sufficient! I see exactly the same behavior described in other reviews where she tried to make the problem about me by calling me rude when I’d forgiven her vad behavior initially and only tried to address the problem with the drinks at first. Her behavior was horrific, manipulative and now that I know she seems to get away with it… seems i will need to address it further. She has no business working in customer service or the service industry. The fact that this could have made someone severely ill and she wasn’t mature enough to hear it is simply unacceptable.

I usually go to the other Starbucks next to the chipotle because the last couple times that I’ve come to this Starbucks they’ve gotten my coffee order wrong. I decided to go today. I ordered a venti sweet cream cold brew and oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon at the drive-thru. To my surprise they actually got my coffee order right this time. however, my oatmeal didn’t have the brown sugar or cinnamon and they didn’t give me any cutlery to actually eat it so I had to throw it away since I was heading to work. Wasn’t a horrible experience but I didn’t get to have breakfast. I also wish the staff was more present.

I have NEVER been able to get a grilled cheese here. They are constantly out of it. If you’re running out sometimes that’s understandable .. but every single time? Someone needs to do a better job stocking up.

The people at the drive thru are rude. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Processed to tell me not to be rude after the Rin lady at the window wanted to get rude with me first. I don’t tolerate disrespect because they messed up an order. Terrible management trying to blame the situation on me when there employee was rude first.
