Luke warm milk NO COFFEE
What I did:
called the store & got nasty creature of some kind with a Spanish accent & basically asked me if I would contact corporate like it was a dare so I did
I literally paid $35.00 through Door Dash for failure & disappointment… this is the 3rd time it’s happened & in starting to question if it’s intentional
*** Note the lack of accountability by blaming DoorDash for the failure of the Starbucks employees to do things correctly. I travel for a living & ALL MY CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY WITH MY CORRECT CONSISTENT SERVICES PROVIDED, for example FEDEX is just one of my customers they LOVE to see me because I don’t make them complain. You can’t even make a cup of coffee nor take responsibility… I’d hate to see you affronted with a federal or global enforcement agency. HAPPY CUSTOMERS IS THE ONLY GOAL.

I have been here many times, but I had to stop coming. The service is consistently poor, and the items I order are often inconsistent in quality. I now drive to the Starbucks at the 440 Jersey City location, where the service is much better and the product quality is consistent about 95% of the time.

I ordered a tea and wanted to go pick it up. One of the employees stated that they are closing the lobby for their meeting and I should go through the drive though. I stated I don’t have a car and I’m just picking up my order. She proceed to tell me I can’t come in and will bring the order out. By the time she came back to the door, after asking a name for my order (twice) and then giving me my drink, 7 minutes have passed back. I do not believe the meeting started exactly at 430pm but having me wait outside for an order was an inconvenience. It’s cold and very windy.

For the most part, the staff is pretty good. However, the management of the place could use some help. Constantly out of things to make drinks and there’s been times where the drive-through is temporarily closed. I don’t think it’s a staff issue. It’s more of a management issue.

There’s only one or two employees on this place very gentle but all other have very bad actitud they don’t even let you know your drink is ready, they just put it on the deck with bad actitud mostly the ladies. The place is beautiful but bad environment.

This Starbucks has become my absolute go-to spot, not just for coffee, but because it’s the perfect place to study and focus. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the incredible staff who genuinely make it feel like a second home. The service is consistently outstanding, and the team feels like family. A special shout-out to Nay, ,Staphani , liza, Audrey, Ramez, and Michael – their warm welcomes and amazing service are the reason I keep coming back.
