Stopped by today and had a great experience. The store was spotless, the service was fast, and everyone was genuinely friendly. My Blizzard was made perfectly and tasted great. It’s always nice when a quick stop feels easy and well run. I’ll definitely be back.

It seems like a simple thing, but they got my order right, so I thought I’d share it. Asked for a chocolate malt with extra chocolate and extra malt. Most places don’t get it right, putting barely enough to make it a regular chocolate malt. They went heavy on both chocolate and malt. Got my wife’s extra hot fudge milkshake right too. Kudos to them.

Don’t ruin your Dairy Queen experience by making the mistake of going to this location. They charged me for what I ordered. Then they served me half of what I ordered. I was the last order of the evening. Go somewhere else or check your order before you pull away from the drive-thru.

My husband went through the drive through…when he got home with our burgers I opened my up to find mold on the bun. Tried to call ,but it stated not talking any calls at this time….check your food before you leave, because you sure can’t reach anyone to complain.

Wonderful BLT! I tried a new blizzard flavor – something “mashed”, it was brownie batter and cookie dough. Being DQ ice cream, it was good but I won’t be ordering it again. Kind of gritty. And the dead flies on the window sill next to the booths were quite off-putting. That’s why they get a poor atmosphere score.

Service has gone to the dawgs. Waited, trapped, in the drive- through line for 10 minutes before she took an order even though she looked directly at the vehicle. She said that the truck was blocking the sensor, wrong. Anyheys the order was half right meaning I got someone else’s sandwhich. The fries were dead. Do not waste your money at the Luling Dairy Queen.
