I went to get a delicious spicy chicken sandwich but they were out of buns. So I ordered sauce wings. No one asked me what sauce i wanted in them so I volunteered that info. I got the wings immediately. As a result of that speedy service they were not hot at all. The red beans and rice was very hot and delicious. I put the wings in the microwave and they were very good. They were big.

I hardly ever get popeyes. It has never really been my thing, but today was different. I was in dire need of some mac and cheese and some crunchy, crispy, chicken. The N. Market location did not disappoint like usual. The food was so good, it was actually so hot, I had to wait for it to cool off! I did order the lemonade, but there were a few knats floating at the top, and I had to ask for something else. So if there’s any recommendations to be made, double down on the food but skip the “fresh lemonade.” I would def return for more scrumptious food, though.

This is the 1st time I’ve visited a Popeyes, and here wasn’t a wait. I quickly found out my Mac & cheese was cold. The chicken strips were hard as if they had been under the light for hours. The only thing fresh was the biscuit. I assumed all Popeyes prepared the food fresh to order. May it’s because she reminded me it was shift change. Wow

They have red beans and rice at this location. The lady laughed as she asked why everyone asked for dirty rice and I told her the store in my hometown has dirty rice. She subbed red beans and rice since I had used the app to order and they were out of coleslaw. Those red beans and rice were the bomb! I checked and my hometown store has them too!

This one locations evening shift sucks….they had two cx waiting inside n just 2 cars in the drive thru….we waited 30 mins & for the cx there b4 me to get there food…then I finally went to the counter! When I asked them politely if my order was ready I had to tell them everything i had again…like they forgot I was even there…spent $40 and had the wrong pieces of chicken…had to go to the counter like literally 5times after I finally got food…when I just wanted to enjoy my food w my babies dining in!! b4 I came to this one I went to the one o. AIRLINE for chicken sandwich and they had none so drove to a different location & go thru this annoying dining experience! Thanks Popeyes!! If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t. This place is awful!! When we arrived at the restaurant there was car waiting in the drive through. When we finished our meal, the same car was still waiting on their order.
The employees were playing on their phones and playing inappropriate music. There were two pair of shoes and other employee personal belongings left on dining room tables not to mention the can of raid sitting next to someone’s food. The walls had honey or something on them and needed to be cleaned.
This being a place where food is prepped, prepared and severed, I feel that employees with long fake nails should not be allowed to have nails like that as it is a health hazard.

They did not have French fries. The chicken was nasty. I never experienced popeye’s chicken like this.
