Ordered a plain croissant sandwich (NO Swiss Sauce) and 2 seasoned potatoes. Sandwich was slathered with sauce and only 1 potatoes. When I showed the lady my physical receipt and the one on my phone, she huffed and checked her system. Like I was just in here… No apology not even a my bad. Didnt even say Ill take care of it. Just fries in bag and turned her back. smh anyway. I get to my car, open the sandwich and there is sauce literally everywhere. I take the sandwich back and met with the same disdain. They tried to reuse the meat to make the new sandwich. I had to repeat the request for all new items twice. I was very cordial the entire time and it wasnt busy at all.. Not sure why the attitude toward me….

Ordered from here tonight through ubereats after craving a frosty (I am in my last few weeks of pregnancy so I wanted to treat myself). I also ordered fries (no salt) and chicken nuggets. EVERYTHING came cold (distance isn’t the issue as I tracked my order and it came in 15 min), fries came salted, and my frosty was not a frosty at all but a coffee. To see that there was no real care or double checking of the order to make sure it was correct or even warm had to be the biggest let down… especially when you were very excited for this “treat”. Could be my pregnancy hormones that are driving me to be as blunt here or it could just be my sheer shock at how this order came. Who knows, maybe not all evenings are like this but I can only base my review off of tonight.

Literally the worst service. I walked into the dining area & They acted like I was invisible. Then when I said excuse me they then told me I needed to go through drive through! They would not service me. Mind you in 3:21 pm and if the dining area was closed they should’ve locked the door.

The food was so so. The burgers weren’t hot, and unfortunately, the lemonade was sour (rancid/spoiled). The employees were kind and courteous when I registered my complaint! They responded quickly to correct the issue. Their self-service beverage machine only had ginger ale, and coke to offer. I was able to get some iced tea.

I wish I could give no stars the customer service is horrible. The people there are very rude towards certain people. The staff is quick to dismiss you while your still giving your order. The staff treat you as if you are annoying them and disrupting there day. If you want Wendy’s go to another one.

I hate to beat the dead horse but the customer service here is awful…. I ordered through the app and went in to pick it up. I do this to make sure my order is accurate and I get the right number of sauces. I went in today, no one in store no one in drive thru. Waited a couple mins for service and he let me know they were working on it.
I was expecting cold fries because no one was there.

The attitude of the women in the front was so poor I didn’t even correct it. I just took my food and made the decision to continue driving to the other Woodbridge location or Stafford.
There is a reason why this location is always empty. It doesn’t mirror the quality you expect at other Wendy’s and the customer service is horrible… even for a Wendy’s….
