There is a long wait but the person on the counter was doing the best he could and you could tell they are understaffed however the food is worth it (IMO)

It is my son that likes their food and the fews time I’ve eaten it, it’s better than KFC but not a lot of challenge in that. I absolutely convinced they train their staff on how to be as rude as they can possibly be. Three separate times, I’ve had to pull over in the drive through and all I was ordering was fries! The last time I was there, another gentleman waiting showed his receipt and it confirmed, he’d been waiting 25 minutes for his order and the manager got anger at him for telling people that. Yet the counter was full of door dash orders. At least 10 bags. So if you use door dash,your food is on the counter where all the people who are walking in an ordering are standing, their kids are grabbing the bags, you can just image but actual customer, there waiting for 25 minutes are ignored so that door dash food can get cold. Again, they are taught how to provide full circle bad customer service.

This is looks good from the outside. But as soon as you come in everything looks out of orders. It’s doesn’t look clean at all. As you can see from the images the chicken has been sitting there for a while. Chicken was dryer then a Desert. The soda so also flat. 0/0 for us. Customer services was ok. That’s it.

The food quality and service at this particular location is consistently terrible. I wouldn’t continue to go if the other location wasn’t an additional 20 minutes away.
The sauces I picked on both order’s were missing. The mashed potatoes on one of my orders were missing. Neither order contained utensils for the mashed potatoes.
When the cashier handed me the missing mashed potatoes it was covered in mashed potatoes and gravy.
The shrimp in my order was over battered and over cooked. The shrimp was so over cooked they were not edible. It was basically shrimp jerky.
There really needs to be something done corporate wise to bring the quality of this franchise location up to par.
Shown are basically the salad shrimp they coated in flour to the appear bigger and the said batter that I picked off.

Great food, but very poor service at the front counter.
I was met with hostility just for double-checking my order, which is frustrating considering the staff didn’t acknowledge or assist new customers as they arrived. A little attention and courtesy would go a long way especially spending 50$ worth of food. A homeless shelters treat people better than this place.

Pretty good fast food chain. There are several fried chicken and sandwich, Fries choices. Food is tasty. Place was busy when I visited. Service was good.

I ordered almost $90 worth of food and requested fresh chicken. They said I had to wait 12 minutes, which I gladly agreed to. I did not pay attention when my food was boxed and instead of giving me the fresh chicken they gave me old dried hard chicken. I didn’t realize until I arrived home and opened the box. The front cashier was nice (it was a guy) but I’m certain it was the manager who did it as she was boxing chicken didn’t seem too happy that I requested fresh fried chicken. I come to the complex often to take my kids to a Kumon, but will never return after this experience. She works right where she belongs, where the stakes aren’t too high. I can’t imagine if she was in healthcare. No integrity whatsoever.

I like to say that I had the most amazing customer experience by a sweet lady name Ranju. It was our first time in this location and she helped us order and made the whole experience exceptional. Amazing customer service and amazing staff. I’ll definitely come back here to see her again with my family.

GIRL AT DRIVER THRU WINDOW DID HAVE SUM PATIENCE AND VERY HELPFUL BUT IT IS A MUST THAT YOU CHECK YOYR ORDER AT THE WINDOW. PLACE IS VERY GHETTO AND UNORGANIZED. ORDERED MILD AND GOT SPICY.
