The lid was not on the coffee all the way which caused it to spill on my work clothes. Hash browns were thrown in the main bag and not bagged properly. Ordered a large and was charged for a larger and received a medium. Asked for a coke and received a coffee. Lady was in a rush and kinda rude. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

Staff did not ask for the name on the mobile order we picked up, and the guy working the window was incredibly rude and obviously disinterested in working. We were asked to pull up to wait without having all our drinks, and the second person we encountered (who brought the meals and missing drink) was equally disinterested in working. The chicken was fresh, the burgers were dry, and the fries were cold. There is a reason I hadn’t been to Hardee’s in several years, and they absolutely reminded me exactly why. I know one person doesn’t make a difference to a big corporation like Hardee’s, but I personally won’t be back.
Also, just to be helpful, the business is *not* open 24 hours, deapite the “verified by business” hours on Google.

Was in the other morning and had breakfast, the biscuits was done by Dino and she served us. The biscuits were nice and fluffy and her service was outstanding was very friendly and sweet. Definitely a five star review and a five star worker.

I ordered the snack wraps….and let’s just say they were the saddest snack wraps i have ever seen. The cheese and lettuce was almost non existent. And even worse, the apple turnover was very bland. The workers however were very sweet and kind. The place was relatively clean, no complaints there. Overall, the food was the problem.

I stopped by later tonight to pick up a door dash. The window operator was extremely helpful and nice! So I decided to stop back by and order. All my food was fresh, tasty, perfect. Once again the window operator provided an amazing experience for us!

Waited 12 minutes to order inside, only 2 in front when I arrived. Gave up and left without ordering. They were having a very difficult time coordinating orders, figuring out what food was in the tray. No leadership. Very disappointing.
