Wow, awesome appetizers(see photos) and incredible food(see photos), large family gathering to celebrate November Birthdays . We decided to try this place and everyone was very pleased with their meal and service. Ample parking across the street and Easy in and Easy out. I rarely give any place 5 Stars, but this place earned them I highly recommend this place for your next special occasion, or family dinner

First time here, and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant sits directly along the river, and there’s not a bad view from anywhere inside or out of the restaurant. Outside seating is on a first come basis. They do accept reservations for inside dining. Very clean, and the decor was nice.
We were a party of 5, and all decided to get different items to try. For appetizers, we had the fried provolone wheels, beer battered deviled eggs, pierogies, and garlic brussels & mushrooms. Fried deviled eggs may sound odd, but they were surprisingly delicious! We enjoyed all of the apps we tried.
For our entrees, we had the bruschetta board (I chose the Mediterranean, brie, and mushroom), fried fish sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, mariner burger & special of the day which was stuffed flounder. Not one complaint regarding any of the entrees. All of our food came out correct, and everything was great. Fries are fresh cut.
Our waitress was very pleasant, and the service was prompt. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

It’s a cool restaurant and the outdoor seating is really nice.

The service started well enough. The waitress was really nice and attentive. However, a second waitress or maybe a manager idk came over and I guess we weren’t supposed to have been sat where we were because a band was playing at some point. She kind of strongly implied that we needed to move while we were in the middle of eating.

The food was just not good at all. I had the salmon and it was tasted old, the mashed potatoes it sat on had a strange taste as well.

Overall it’s a really nice place and the waitress, bartender, and hostess were all really nice. Manager person was a little underwhelming and the food was not good.

First time visiting tonight and we enjoyed it very much. The main dishes and adult beverages were great! The fries could’ve been better but they weren’t bad. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and we had a nice conversation with our server, Mindy.

First visit! Impressed with the layout and decor. The menu wasn’t very appealing. The service was nasty, unimpressive, rude. I had the bruschetta board and I loved the idea, execution was on point, slightly too greasy however. I will absolutely go back here to try again because the view is fabulous and I love the decor and I hope to have a better experience.

Following GPS in the dark through neighborhoods, you may think your maps may have failed, but keep going; it’s worth the journey. I really will want to try “the Mariner” again in the summer, as likely there is a great view of the river. We shared the beer-battered deviled eggs, a popular house specialty, and they were a great warm-up course, but they would have most of my dinner if eaten alone. One of the evening specials was beef short rib fettuccine, and it was complex and satisfying. Was the pasta fresh? It certainly seemed it, though I was visiting with our dining partners and forgot to ask. Desserts sounded appealing, but we passed on them. Wine list was adequate in variety and prices not unreasonable.

First time here and it was excellent. Service was prompt and our server was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, everyone in our group was happy with their selection. Recommend the seafood sampler, the tuna was excellent. We also had the bruschetta samplers which were awesome.

A place to grab a nice dinner on the water! There’s a bar outside that tends to be a little more rowdy, nothing extreme. Then there is a dining room with water view and another bar inside.
Their mushroom bruschetta board is the #1 thing on their menu in my opinion! (Not pictured)
Also I am a big fan of their shrimp and chorizo pasta!
The staff is always very friendly, & kidfriendly!

The service was great and the atmosphere was calm but the food was 2 stars. My husband and I ordered the oysters for an appetizer and they were clearly the frozen oysters you buy at Walmart and they were drenched in water seasoned with garlic or something. We both had the house salad and both of our salads tasted like pure chemicals, we couldn’t finish them. My entree was chicken parm, it was good but nothing crazy and my husband ordered a medium rare steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. His steak was well done and burnt to the point it was rubbery and his serving of mashed potatoes was the size of a tablespoon and he only had 4 strings of green beans. He had to send his food back and just share my chicken parm since he felt bad for sending the food back. My sweet tea also didn’t taste good. Portion size of my chicken parm was good but the appetizer and only my chicken parm was $50 that’s not worth it at all. He also had a blue moon and it was flat.

UPDATE: 24 hrs later I now have food poisoning
