The staff were good people but I expected to be seated not sure if they do that That’s fine. I expected someone to come to my table but I had to find my own and when I walked up there the individual kind of paid half attention to me. But you know what that’s fine it was good food it was relatively inexpensive it was served quickly. I’m a firm believer you got to pay people enough to care and I’m sure it’s just minimum wage so it is what it is. All together I recommend. I had that fancy new pizza the flat or something it was good.

We ordered Pizza, cheesy bread and wings. Got the wrong pizza, no cheesy bread, no wings! Our server was not accountable and was trying to blame the cooks! We had to go find her to ask her where was the rest of our food after she delivered the wrong pizza!

I have ordered Pizza Hut for our business 3-4 times now. We have two different locations to deliver and span out the deliveries 30 min-1 hour apart in order to avoid confusion. Every delivery has been a difficult process; we either receive every pizza at the wrong location, pizzas are missing, or the orders are swapped around.
Today, after scrambling 30+ minutes to figure out where our pizzas were located, we opened some of the boxes to find a folded mess inside. Upon further inspection, the crust and some toppings were incorrect as well. I don’t know if our delivery driver was in a rush or doing donuts in the parking lot with our order, but it’s unacceptable. We will cease business with Pizza Hut and look elsewhere for lunch options.

They get your order right most of the time, which is more than I can say about a couple pizza places down the street and they will fix it if it’s not. Sometimes, they seem stressed and aren’t the most welcoming, but most of the time, they are friendly here. I like to eat in when I can because it just tastes so much better fresh out of the oven.

Went in, and the employees didnt seem to have any care for dine in customers. Once they sat us down, they said they were out of basically everything. The server was quiet and after taking our order of whatever they did have available to order, he never came back. We ate then went up to the register to pay and left. We were a bit disappointed but the pizza and wings were good.

A negative 5 stars from our family waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes got seated drink where served and he came ask about food we said we needed a minute cause we have a kid and just needed a minute to discuss. WAITED AND WAITED NO SERVER CAME TO OUR TABLE IN THE 45 minutes waiting. even other tables got food but we waited and our baby started to cry no one came to check on our table!! Sad thing is it wasn’t busy service was so poor our waiter was even at the pick up area cashing others out so we did a pick up order he just completely forgot about us sad excuse!! And when we paid the waiter said we can’t except $100 bills but our total was 60 so it wouldn’t be a issue with the drawer if it was the case and the manager came and checked what was wrong and said he could but not in other ways he couldn’t.

The pizza was delicious and was as expected for pizza hut food. My only concern was that somehow part of my order was misplaced. They did quickly make it right and I was quickly on my way. I can say even with this small hiccup, I am still a very satisfied customer
