This is a good Caribou location – never had any problems. I’ve visited a few times – typically getting black coffee and sometimes a bagel. Both have always been good and consistent. I appreciate that they put the cream cheese on the side so I can put however much I want on my bagel and so it doesn’t get melty. Everyone that I’ve encountered working here has been very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good Caribou – nothing abnormal.

The staff at this location are stellar! They are friendly, talkative and very helpful! My drink was made to perfection and my chocolate croissant was heaven on a plate. Great service overall. Quiet place, easy to meet up with friends or just gather your own your own thoughts.

Love the just egg flatbread, and boyfriend loves the lumberjack sandwich. Once they used dairy in a drink that I asked for oatmilk. For me, not a big deal- mistakes happen and he was eager to fix it. More important for those with allergies/intolerance

Friendly staff. Size of coffee shop is small, and there aren’t as good of seating options as some other Caribous. Parking lot can be chslto get into when there are long lines at the drive thru. On the plus side, there’s a drive thru.

The cost has gone up significantly, but there are global economic forces that may be impacting the rise. What really turns me off about this place is that they ask for tips when paying at the drive through. I know it is likely a setting in the POS, but it is off putting. Frankly, I avoid this place because I’m petty and my espresso machine at home doesn’t ask for 20% when doing the most basic functions required to make a “meh” cup of coffee.
