We use the carwash here quite often because it is the best out of all the Casey’s car washes in the area, which is not necessarily a compliment. Casey’s has a great thing going with their carwashes because of the subscription price and features but it’s SO frustrating that they are frequently closed. There needs to be some way to let customers know via the app, text, etc that a certain location is closed. Driving from location to location, only to find their car wash closed is annoying and frustrating!
Update: once again, 100th Street is closed for no reason and nothing on the website, app, etc communicating this with subscription holders. Now only 86th MIGHT be open but broken after letting them know several times.

I am an avid fountain soda drinker and Casey’s fountain Diet Coke is my favorite. I live 2 minutes from this Casey’s location and would frequent this store daily at a minimum and often times more than once a day to purchase a fountain drink. Recently, I have made the switch to Kwik Star since Casey’s fountain machine has been out of service for well over 2 weeks! I inquired over a week ago when in the store when it would be fixed, I was told they were waiting on a part that was arriving next day. This was over a week ago so clearly not true since the machine is still out of order (I stopped in hopes it was fixed last night). I am sure this is frustrating to many customers and I cannot comprehend how this is an acceptable timeframe to have the machine not operational. If the problem is that serious or the part is not available could you please just get a new machine. What are you waiting for?

Despite growing up in Iowa, and once loving Casey’s, I was reminded today why over the last several years I’ve begun to avoid them like the plague. Since it was directly on my route I thought it would be quick and convenient to just fuel here. I was wrong. 2 of the 4 diesel handles were bagged and I proceeded to find out that at least one more should have been. Of course this is in addition to the multiple gas handles I saw out of order and the air compressor. Couple that with the fact that the store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in roughly two decades, it will be amazing if Casey’s isn’t dead and gone within 5 years. As far as I’m concerned, good riddance!

Ordered 2 pizzas for dinner. Confirmation said ready at 6:15p. Walked in at 6:25p. Store had no customers. Asked the kitchen staff if they had an order ready for me and after some absent minded looking around they told me that one pizza still needed to be started. When I asked why it wasn’t even started 10 minutes after it should have been ready, all I got was a line about being down a person in the kitchen. If they were slammed I would have understood, but the place was empty and the kitchen had no other orders going. If this had been the first time the service had been like this I would understand, but this has become the norm in the last few months.

Horrible food. Food is always cold. Or timed out. I even seen a girl in the kitchen eating pizza cheese while cutting pizza.

An older gentlemen on saturdays night shift took my order. He was so sweet and started making my pizza right away. A large pizza just for me because i wanted the left overs. He happily shared the best ways to reheat my pizza! Service was fast and pizza was cooked perfectly. Thank you

I like this Casey’s fountain drink set up, it’s the fancy machine where you push buttons to get your flavor. Currently you can get a MED. FOUNTAIN DRINK for 89¢!
