This place is BANGIN! It’s hands down the best Mexican food in Conyers, and I dare to say surrounding towns as well. I’ve been in the area for about three years now and I can’t believe I’ve overlooked this place.

Yes, it’s located next to the gas station, but not within the gas station. Parking is limited because of this, but I never have a problem pulling right up.

Our waitress doesn’t speak English, but baby, the lesser the English, the better the food! Despite the language barrier, I had no problem ordering and customer service is great! The ladies up at the register speak English.

Food is so delicious and authentic. Corn tortillas are made from scratch and are a million times better than store bought. Portions are generous and the plates come out fairly fast.

I’ve tried chicken mole, chicken enchiladas verdes, tacos lengua and carne asada, and the nachos. I’m part Mexican and lived in Southern California for years before moving here—when I say their nachos are the best I’ve ever had! It’s enough for 2-3 people. Tacos come traditional or American style with lettuce, sour cream, and whatever else Americans put on tacos to ruin them, lol! The mole is good and spicy and the tacos come with super tender meat. The salsa are on point and they have Mexican Squirt soda, the one in the glass bottle without real sugar—not corn syrup—burns going down! Lastly, the whole chicken meal can’t be beat. It’s like $13.99 for a whole tender chicken with sautéed onions, green onions, and roasted jalapeños. Make it a meal with rice beans and tortillas for under $30. That feeds my entire family!

They also have a small bread selection and pastries. Unfortunately i order three breads and they were on the hard side. I realized it once I got home and threw them out, so check your bread before purchase to make sure they’re fresh.

There’s plenty seating and the restaurant itself is clean and nicely decorated. There’s a salsa bar, which people have opinions on after COVID, lol! The salsa bar is great though and they check it out regularly.

Can’t recommend this place enough— I won’t go anywhere else now.

Great food, staff, service, atmosphere and all for a great price. Check out their pastries and ice cream selection 10/10. Will work on making this one of my go to restaurants! SO GOOD!

I wasn’t expecting anything to be honest but to my surprise the food was really well seasoned and good, fast service as well(didn’t want for our food long). It’s connected to a gas station so not that much room for a big family, I would say it’s a hidden gem for authentic Mexican food.

I tried this for lunch today. I have never been there but I have seen Instagram photos and I have to say I was really impressed. Authentic, delicious, fresh food. I definitely will be back.

Limited menu, with no combination lunches/dinners, but what I did order was a sensory explosion to my taste buds. I ordered the burrito supreme. It wasn’t just large sized, it was extremely flavorful. I think I saw a grandma/grandpa cooking in the back. It makes since because this is a mom/pop store attached on the side of a gas station. They have a salsa bar that has three (spicy) sauces and tasty toppings. No music playing, just the charter of the cooks/waitresses. The restroom didn’t have soap dispenser, so beware. Also, apparently there is a drive thru!!!

The food was horrible, if you change the ingredients then notify people with BABIES, the taquitos looked old liked they cooked them then saved them to serve for later. I recommend not going to this one in conyers and go to Covington.

I would give 5 stars, though the language barrier makes it’s JUST a bit harder on ordering here. Now granted, I do know some Spanish, though not much (LOL). Service maybe would have been a bit better if I had known Spanish though I feel, because everyone that did speak Spanish was serviced in a timely manner. Food was good though!
