My experience, opposite to the others, was very pleasant. We ordered spinach and mushroom pizza slices. The manager took care of our order and he was very kind. They heated our slices well. Price is good and the pizza was delicious. Answered our hunger at the airport. I’m grateful!

Absolutely horrible quality. This pizza literally has no cheese on it. Worst pizza I’ve ever had it was dry and no cheese and barely a hint of sauce. Total garbage!! Go ahead and zoom in on my pic try and find some cheese I thought it might be hiding under the pepperoni but nope it’s not there its a total ripoff scam.

I absolutely love Sbarro… I essentially go to one everytime I see them because of their consistent nyc style slice of pizza. However, this location is terrible. The dough was improperly made and gummy and the register guy was confused and not very friendly. Skip this one

Worker dropped the pizza on the table , thought I didn’t see and still tried serving it, if you want unsanitary pizza this is the place to go

I’m not sure if this is the branch at MCO Airport terminal B. Pizza dough is totally raw. It’s hard to eat, actually, and heavy on the stomach.

Shocking experience. Waited forever for our food and the service was awful. Miserable staff that could not have moved slower and after we had ordered our food, they served everyone else infront of us even though the pizza was ready. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

This has to be some of the worst pizza I have ever had in my life…
Please MCO get some better pizza. I couldn’t understand why nobody was in line and all the other restaurants had a very very long line. Not Sbarro’s they had no line. Now I know why the food is horrible.

This particular store needs a LOT of improvement: Customer service training, some signs directing where to order, where to pick up, where to pay.
If it wasn’t for the fact my kid wanted pizza I would have walked away after ordering.
This is the worst place to have bad customer service with no proper direction.
Being in an airport is already stressful enough without this kind of service.
Got completely ignored after finding the place to order and after finally making an order there is no clear “next” point to move to. Someone says “next” by a register and after paying I had to figure out where to wait for my pizza to be ready.
THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT KIND OF CONFUSION.
Be glad it’s not up to me because I’d remove the whole staff and start over.
