At 0800 they were quite busy with all the people getting coffee on their way into work. They handle the busyness well. We had our coffee and food in just a few minutes. The coffee tasted like coffee and the food was warm. The space itself was clean.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for years. The customer service had always been decent, not this last time. Two ladies nearest to the counter seemed bothered to see me, the both looked directly at me it took about 2 minutes before one of them approached the counter to take my order. Then it took about 10 minutes to get my 1 drink. They need to hire a friendlier staff if they want customers to keep returning.

This location is clean and organized. The manager Marvala communicates effectively to service crowds in a timely manner. The staff greets me with energy that surpasses all understanding. The sense of urgency is consistent with the morning rush. I appreciate being able to get my order and continue with my day with ease. Thanks for superb service.

Post pandemic I’m appreciative of the staff’s commitment to cleanliness. The store is always tidy. The staff, except one, is consistently kind & knowledgeable about their products.
The morning of June 29 I stopped in for my coffee and had to use the loo. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the bathroom was kept right down to the trash bin. The floor was even mopped! I returned for my evening coffee and again, it was freshly cleaned! The counter is always clean with no sour milk smell. The display isn’t dusty and the tables are always clean.
I hope this never changes. Dunkin’ continues to exceed customer expectation in staff and service.

I come here during the week and they are usually pretty busy given their location. However, they are pretty speedy with orders and I’m usually in and out in a reasonable time. Depending on the day I usually encounter a friendly staff member and on other days not so much. Overall, this is a good location to come and get your favorite coffee at reasonable prices.

Every time I visit this Dunkin’, the energy feels low. Most of the staff seem to have attitudes, and my drinks are often made incorrectly. I keep hoping for a better experience, but it’s been consistently disappointing.

MARVETTA the manager with glasses, and wandering …. Nvm. She was extremely rude. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes as they are always backed up. Get my frozen drink. The drink was watery, had ice chips all through it. I couldn’t even sip the drink because the ice chips kept getting stuck in the straw. I take it back and explain to her if you’re going to charge extra for whipped cream, and have me waiting long at least make the drink to whereas though I can enjoy it. Then she says I can’t control their machine. At that point I just wanted my money back. She wasn’t pleasant at all, and didn’t seem to care they were busy and just throwing drinks together.
