Worst Popeyes in the US. Very rude, unprofessional and un-clean staff (the cashier Galesha was picking her nose). The chicken is soggy and greasy, the biscuits are hard and stale. They were more concerned about giving their friends who came in free food than they were about serving customers. The bathroom was filthy as was the dining areas. Plenty of better options close by

After several bad experiences at the other Popeyes in town, I decided that I was tired of being disappointed and started frequenting this one instead. While there is sometimes a wait, the employees are always SO friendly, which is a major contrast to the other location. I will continue to drive 20 minutes in the other direction just for this experience.

Waited over 30 minutes for food. Bathrooms were gross, no toilet paper. Every table in the dining room was dirty. Drink machine area was filthy and sticky. Ice didn’t work. Regular coke tasted like diet. Mac n cheese was 70% melted cheese with a few noodles tossed in. Was given the wrong size cups. When I asked about my food and cups after waiting 35 minutes and watching everyone that came in after me leave with their food the women behind the counter were very rude like I was the problem. Worst “fast” food experience I’ve ever had honestly. Will NOT be back.

Terrible bathrooms a disgrace really. So much hair and the sink was COATED and I mean COATED in soap. You could scratch the sink and fill each and every fingernail of yours. Sad. Pitiful. It’s a restaurant! You gotta poop? Good luck not sliding off the toilet!!!! Also, somebody must have done a hedge trimming on their pubes and took advantage of their poor trash can. SHAVEN. Rude people and attitude problems. DoorDash for a living and was waiting there for 10 minutes and another dasher was also waiting and that person asked about the DoorDash order and she told that person to GET IN LINE. Went ahead and unassigned the order. Y’all shouldn’t have DoorDash at your place if you aren’t going to have the orders ready when dashers show up and make them GET IN LINE. We ain’t ordering food from y’all so we shouldn’t have to wait in line you should have it ready. Don’t mess with peoples jobs.WE ARE ALSO WORKING HELLO? glad we left and didn’t wait to deal with that foul attitude. that was enough to see after waiting 10 minutes to know I wanted the order to be unassigned because we also get dinged and have to dispute every time a place makes us wait so long for someones food and the customers that order from their won’t be happy either. shouldn’t even have DoorDash at your place if you are going to act like that and treat people that way. I wish they would make the DoorDash and Uber eats orders BEFORE the driver gets there rather than waiting to start on the order when the driver arrives. Most restaurants already have the to-go orders ready for pickup. As an Uber driver, I’m about to stop accepting Uber orders from this restaurant because they won’t make the order until you get there.
