Hidden gem! The building itself looks and feels like a piece of history. We stopped in for a celebratory drink after a long week of hunting in the area. Great drinks, and the kind of genuine hospitality you don’t find just anywhere! Rode through Bovill and found the saloon was closed. Loitered a bit and they opened at noon. Was able to look it over : really liked the ambiance. Did not have time for a beer or food but I understand from those I was with that the food is quite good. Really wished I had the time to have a beer there!

It’s a great place to have a beer or a drink. Music was good. Food…. no kitchen. Burger, tater tots and onion rings over cooked. Toaster oven air fryer and microwave.

I don’t know the gal that worked on the 13th? But her service was extremely rude. She made us feel like we were bothering her. Chili dog was luke warm at best. Definitely will not be back when we see her car parked out in front. All the other dozens of times we’ve been there have been great and other bartenders have been very welcoming.
