Visited a Raising Cane’s for the first time and was not disappointed.
The menu is quite simple and the lady who took my order was pleasant and patient as I tried to choose what to get. Was very helpful with any of the questions I had as a first timer.
I went for the 3 finger chicken set which came with fries and Texas toast – a toasted piece of bread (bit like a brioche) with salted butter melted on top. Can be eaten just as is but I also tried the cane’s sauce and the toast together seeing as the advert also dipped it. Adds a variation to flavour so if you have any sauce leftover, it’s perfect.
Chicken to batter ratio on the tenders was just perfect with enough crunch yet not too much that would make it feel like you’re eating oily batter. It was one of the best tenders I’ve had and anything I’ve had since doesn’t compare. Fries were cooked well and was a good addition to the chicken.
Lemonade is also great and adding unsweetened ice tea to it to make a lemonade sweet tea is a great shout.
To top off my evening, the manager on duty was amazing and so hospitable as I had asked a few questions about the merch (which I found out can only be bought online to my disappointment). To make my first visit memorable he gave me some gifts to take home as I was from out of the country and now I have a mini Cane toy to take everywhere with me!
Really appreciated the consideration and I would love to visit this store again if I have the chance!

Got canes for takeout and tried for first time. Wasnt disappointed even though i am not a fan of chicken fingers as the the texas toast was actually really good and the fries (even though not as crispy or good as McDonalds) and chicken fingers were good quality. If you like chicken fingers, canes is for you.
The sauce is a banger too

Food was pretty good as always no complaints! The atmosphere was the only thing it was loud and some people were just obvious to respecting others. Otherwise the food I have no complaints on and would visit this location again.

I got introduced to raising cane out in nevada. While there, I got a chance to see the Hoover Dam and the Vegas strip. Beats Chick fil any day of the week.

On a date lunch today, we decided to visit Rasing Cane’s in Cherry Hill. We were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful cashier. He smiled more than anyone I have ever seen. And it was genuine and he was very helpful. We each enjoyed the 3 chicken finger meal. Each meal included 3 chicken fingers, ample amount of thin crinkle fries, Cane’s sauce, a piece of Texas Toast and a 22 oz refillable drink. The chicken fingers were hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were cooked perfectly and complimented the meal. Each meal includes Cane’s sauce to dip your fries and chicken fingers in. It is quite tasty. Drinks are refillable. We had a very nice lunch and the atmosphere was quiet so it was easy to chat while we enjoyed our meals. The restaurant was clean with ample tables.

Great customer service from Nyelle W., Aaron M., and Jonia W.! This was only my second time visiting this location, and the experience was amazing from start to finish.
It all began at the ordering speaker with Nyelle. Her energy and customer service were so good, she made me want to order everything on the menu! She greeted me warmly and made sure my entire order was correct before I pulled forward.
At the payment window, I met Aaron, who was just as friendly and professional. When I complimented Nyelle’s service, he happily told me I would see her at the next window. He was genuinely excited to hear the positive feedback, not just about her, but about himself too, which shows they truly care about their work.
When I got to the pickup window, I saw Nyelle again along with Jonia. Both of them were extremely kind and welcoming. I made sure to let them know they’ve gained a returning customer because of their excellent service.
Keep up the great work, this kind of customer service makes all the difference!

Ive always been a Cane’s fan; however, this might be the best meal & experience I’ve had. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. It’s busy but not overwhelming, upbeat, and the chicken slaps.

Food was amazing, tasty and very filling. The texas toast and sauce will keep me coming back. My son and I got box combos each and could not have been happier. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful.

What happened to the chicken here?! I used to live in Mississippi and we had Canes down there so when they came up here I was so excited. The first few times I had them, they were great. Tonight, I had to stop eating it. The chicken tasted so rubbery and fake. Not like what I’m used to Cane’s being at all. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I don’t know if I’ll be back.

I would more accurately rate this spot a 3.5 stars for FOOD. While the food was flavorful and tasty it was lacking in size. It didn’t really hit me until I snapped a picture of the chicken finger next to a Louisiana hot sauce packet for reference, and it was barely much bigger. I felt cheated. Since when were chicken fingers so small! Other than that, service was a 5 and atmosphere was a 5 and well deserved. They were extremely friendly and even checked in with me on the floor to ask how everything was, and the staff removed my trash for me and I was impressed by that. Their drive through is set up almost exactly like a Chick-fil-A which seems to work out really well. They don’t have much a diverse menu aside from the chicken tenders and fries, they only have a chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce no option for any other toppings such as onions or tomatoes but what they have seems to be decent (Portion size aside) Overall, I would come back but let’s just say I had higher expectations and I won’t be bragging about Canes anytime soon. That’s my take.
