If I could give this a zero I would honestly. I ordered a margarita flatbread assuming of course that this would be some type of pizza or something similar. I was then served this. Mind you I’m assuming that the pizza was going to look a little better or something like this the other photo you see or at least somewhat better. The menu literally said that it was supposed to have roasted tomato, Parmesan, fresh mozzarella, basil and garlic. Do you all see any of that on what I was served? It felt like I was just eating pita bread and a mad amount of some melted mozzarella cheese and that little tiny tomato and paid $14 which honestly isn’t worth that But I would understand if it looked and taste good it would be worth that maybe. Now I will say the service was great and my server was so nice about everything. But they are in that kitchen playing around and just putting anything on your plate. To be quite honest I just ate it because I was genuinely hungry and didn’t even have time for the foolishness and had to stop because I genuinely nauseated. Not to mention the sticky floors and the food took so long just to get this nasty food. Yeah y’all played.

I’m ONLY giving you all a great rating because of my last visit with you all, I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla with the London Fog and a Pepsi on the side everything was phenomenal, however this time around, I ordered Shrimp and grits this time with a mimosa, water and a Dr. Pepper because I love trying different things whenever I revisit a place. As usual the staff is lovely and so is the atmosphere but when my order came out to say I was disappointed would be an understatement I was confused because I was wondering exactly where the grits were at and why was it so soupy? This was more like soup than shrimp and grits, if I wanted jambalaya I could’ve stayed home and made it myself then ontop of that why would the waiter give me a to go box instead of bowl to put this runny greasy crap in? Idek if i want to eat it for real tbh because I’m afraid it’ll mess with my GERD cause it’s just straight up grease. Yeah I’ll stick to the breakfast quesadillas from now on because this was a no for me.

Saw this restaurant on WSFA and seemed like a good place to dine at. My husband and I decided do brunch. Well upon arrival we were greeted and seated. Wait time for food was about 16 mins not bad. Well once we got the food we had no utensils to eat with. We waited for the server to come back but after 8 mins I proceeded to the front to ask for utensils the ones I was given were dirty so I asked for plastic. They stated it’ll be an extra 1.00 for plastic, I asked to speak with the manger and the guy on duty comes and says “owners make us charge”. He seemed very irritated and frustrated. Seemed to not care about the customer service level of business which is what brings more customers to grow the business. I will not return to visit the this place, customer service including the manager needs more training. I’m sure the “owners” would be applauded knowing the manager is the reason individuals are not wanting to dine at this location.

This is one of the best brunch places I’ve been to in a long time. I had no idea Montgomery had such great food! Man was I wrong! Ashton was an excellent server! The breakfast quesadilla & white cheddar grits were incredible. My ife had the chicken & waffle sliders with the sweet potato hash. Great portions…excellent service. Love the decor of the restaurant!

Service was great, think her name was Diane and she was amazing. Good atmosphere. We didn’t wait long to be seated or to get our food. We did go in early in the morning, before 11am, I think. I was honestly surprised by how good the French toast were. They didn’t look spectacular and didn’t come with any sides like fruit or a strip of bacon or anything. Despite that, they were very very good.

The Bubbly Hen is a solid choice for a casual brunch with friends. Our server, Dana, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and really helped make the experience enjoyable.
The only hiccup was the wait at the bar. My made-to-order Bloody Mary took a while to arrive, likely due to how busy the bar was, but it was worth it once it came—flavorful and perfectly balanced.
I ordered the fried green tomato eggs Benedict, which was delicious and nicely prepared. I was a little surprised it didn’t come with any sides like home fries—just the Benedict on its own—so keep that in mind when ordering.
It’s a popular spot, especially on Sunday mornings, so be ready for a bit of a wait. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit every now and then, though probably not one we’d add to our regular rotation.

The Bubbly Hen is an absolute gem! Amy and I had a wonderful brunch here, and everything was flawless. The atmosphere was inviting and warm, with a perfect balance of charm and sophistication. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.
The menu is thoughtfully crafted with fresh, flavorful options that left us spoiled for choice. From the perfectly brewed coffee to the deliciously decadent dishes, every bite was a delight. It’s clear that a lot of care and passion goes into every detail.
This is the kind of place where you can truly savor the moment and enjoy great company. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Dog friendly, vegetarian options.
Wonderful brunch place we found passing though Montgomery. The Bubbly Hen is new and with going out of your way for. The food is amazing (the bibimap was not your usual breakfast and I can say it was _incredible_). Their selection of breakfast drinks is fast beyond the usuals and I wish I’d had an opportunity to try more than the cold brew coffee.
My friend had the shakshuka which was delicious and beautifully presented.
My wife had the breakfast quesadilla and the muffins and it was good but too much for her.
Our server was Alison and she was a joy.
Finally, the atmosphere was wonderful. The music was nice and not too loud.
Please, check them out and enjoy!

What a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made wonderful recommendations.
I had a pretty good blueberry muffin and an old fashioned to start. My drink was missing the orange peel and the maraschino cherry, but the drink itself was made correctly.
The shrimp and grits were truly the highlight. The grits were creamy and the roux was flavorful. They gave me a piece of toast, but a biscuit would have just set this all the way.
I would definitely go back if I were in the area.
