We were feeling like sandwiches for dinner so my wife and I stopped by for an early and light dinner. They are currently running a buy 2, get 1 free deal on their sandwiches and drinks so for food, we tried the BBQ pork, Roti(sserie) chicken, and Combo Cha sandwiches. We ordered their mixed fruit tea, matcha latte with banana, and ube cream cafe sua da. Our drinks and sandwiches came out promptly and they were delicious! We will definitely stop by here again when we’re craving their drinks and their sandwiches!

Super clean spot! Simple but really nice décor. The $10 breakfast combo is such an amazing deal. Food tastes super authentic and the milk tea is fantastic too. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The building and interior are deceptively simple; however, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, the chairs are cushioned and comfortable, and they have a customer self-service area for water, utensils, and take out containers, etc. They also have a self-order machine, if desired. The employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have a lot of specials, so we got out of there with 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks for only about $36 with tip! They are on IG.
More than that, the food was delicious. The menu is limited, but what they do they do exceedingly well. We ordered the phô bahn mi sandwich, the combo sandwich and classic bahn mi sandwich. They are outstanding with very fresh ingredients. My husband and son ordered the Vietnamese coffee and both could not stop raving.
Any time we are in Cypress, we are stopping here! They plan on opening 7 more stores, and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m not a fan of banh mi but this place changed my mind. A charming, modern, & minimalistic location with delicious banh mi and drinks. My friends and I enjoyed it so much, we went back for seconds. We have been here multiple times since their opening. The banh mis are regular sized with a well balanced meat to veggies ratio. I enjoyed how the bread wasn’t super hard compared to other banh mi.
I ordered the:
–Au Jus Beef banh mi. Juicy and tender meat packed with flavor.
–Scrambled Egg banh mi. I’m not a big fan of eggs but these eggs were fluffy, creamy, and surprisingly delicious.
–Sea Salt Original Thai Tea. Perfect amount of sweetness.
Helpful customer service. There are water cups available. Cashier and kiosk (ipad) ordering options. The Bathroom is clean and spacious. This location is small with limited seating, parking, and electrical outlets are limited. Indoor and outdoor seating options. I can see this business growing in the future, it’s got great potential!

We ordered the scrambled egg banh mi and the beef au jus bowl. We also had the strawberry lychee boba, that was soooo good! Everything was really good. Atmosphere was cute and clean!

Tried their BBQ pork bánh mì and it was solid! The meat, veggies, and bread ratio was on point. The pork had a delicious five spice flavor that really came through in every bite. The baguette was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside—super satisfying.
The interior was also a pleasant surprise—nice, clean, and spacious with plenty of seating. They even have outlets at some tables, which makes it a great spot to study or get work done. Definitely coming back to try more!

Update 2/10/26: okay so I’ve probably come here at least 10 times now. I have to say that their drinks is pretty good as well. My fav is the brown sugar milk tea. I’ve also tried their matcha cold foam coffee, lychee jasmine tea, lychee strawberry teas and all were good. This place is also good place for studying. Lots of seating and outlets available, lots of natural light and clean aesthetic. Their breakfast special ($10 for a banh mi and drink) remains a really great deal.
Their grilled pork banh mi has me coming back. Very flavorful and unlike any other grilled pork I’ve had. It’s a bit more saucy. My other fav grilled pork is from carrot and daikon and I’d have to say both are very good. The place has great ambience. Windows all around so it’s bright inside and the decor is pleasant to look at and consistent throughout the store. The only criticism I had was when I ordered a sandwich and drink during breakfast hours, they didn’t automatically give me the breakfast special deal so you need to be sure to ask for it when ordering.

Tried this place for the 1st time. I placed an order on the Kiosk located on the wall. Got me a BBQ Pork Sandwhich. Got a Passion Fruit drink with Alovera as an add on. The pricing was fair and the wait time was super fast. Such a fresh and Tasty Sandwhich. Beverage was perfect for the sunny day outside. Highly recommended to all. I’m going back soon!
