Get Audi My way
We used the drive thru to order for a family of four. We normally like Arby’s but this place was not the best service. The food was pretty good but we didn’t get what we ordered. When we got our food it was wrapped terribly. Like not wrapped up at all. We returned for the missing food and mentioned the lack of wrapping and the employee gave us a hard time. We were so taken back. Like it was our fault. I hope the service gets better because we really like Arby’s and the closest one to here is really far away. So no other Arby’s options.

Went through the drive thru to order the wagyu big cheesy bacon burger, we had to repeat the order several times which i understand, its sometimes hard to hear. Got to the window and realized there were 2 wagyu burgers on the order, so we asked to remove one, not know that they had one of each burger on the order, so they removed to big cheesy went back to the window to get it remade and this guy comes up to the window saying that we ordered the deluxe and that he know how to make a burger and we dont know what we are talking about. Very poor customer service, instead of fighting with your customers you should be working with them to fix the problem

Ordered a Gyro and got a sub bun with just roast beef. In addition they forgot my curly fries! They got the kids meal right. But still for $15 order that we waited 10 minutes for this is unacceptable. Please improve

SO DISSAPOINTED. I come and get the potato cakes because they’re my favorite, but I only will eat them with Bronco Berry sauce. I ask for it every time, but they NEVER give it to me. tonight I drove 30 minutes home just to realize they didnt give it to me AGAIN.

When I visit the area I always get Arby’s at least once. They are sometimes understaffed, yet they work through it, and it doesn’t matter that it’s slow because you get fresh food and a nice conversation while waiting. I love the gyros for something a little more healthy, and anything my family and I have ever gotten is fully loaded and fresh!

Everything we order was wrapped up like the trash you throw back in the bag after your done. Forgot our 3 PC chicken tenders for the meal. When I went back in to get the tenders and show them how everything was “wrapped” the guy from the kitchen came out and said what’s the problem your going to unwrap it anyway…..he said he would remake everything but I could see him and with my husbands burger he just took it out and put it in a clean box. They weren’t busy so I’m not sure why the rush to barely wrap the food.
