Ordered a large meat lovers pizza with cinnamon sticks and soda. They were ahead of the time they told me. The driver was polite and my pizza was hot and good .
Service was great. Food was hot and early. Driver was polite and respectful. I recommend this Pizza Hut location if you are in the Lakewood area.

Toxic Rain
Ordered my pizza and well over an hour later, minutes after being told it’d be there in a maximum of 50 minutes, I havent gotten a call or anything to see where my food is. Kiddo has school in the morning, I ordered pizza at 8:32pm and well over an hour later its still not here by 10pm?? I tried to call the store but it went to the call center and the call center couldn’t find my number. But im staring right at the charge on my card. So the person who took my order must have put my number in wrong and they allegedly cant look me up by name. I gotta be up at 5:30 in the morning. Kiddo has to be up at 6am. Not even a phone call to let me know my order isnt gonna make it? Whack. Disputing with my bank. Im not staying up all night waiting for a pizza.
Update: 11pm and my pizza still isnt here lmao. Im going to bed. Thats about 3 hours ago that i ordered it lol

The worse pizza that I ever had, I order a pizza with ham, pepperoni and cheese on the crust but the pizza came out very dry and burn.I call the location and a person with the name Cody answered I explain what happened and I told him we always order from you guys and he told me you only order with us twice I meant like we always order from Pizza Hut but I would never order again, I didn’t expect that kind of customer service! Don’t get delivery from this location. They use door dash and let the dasher double dash. We order our food 2 hours ago and it has yet to show up. I’ll be calling the store once it does to file a complaint for cold food.

I calles and spoke to the manager and he act as if i was lying. And gave me an attitude because he had to remake my food. Sorry but would you eat this if it showed up like this? Manger swore they were fine because he sealed them well from him and the delivery driver something happened. Took 1 hour and 15 mins get out second batch of food since 6hey had to remake it.

After spending $52 on an incorrect order, i called the store to express myself to the manager. I was rudely argued with and then hung up on. Kimberly was very unprofessional. Pizza wasn’t delivered, and the manager didn’t come out to apologize when I showed up to the store. The pizza was remade cold. The pizza should’ve been delivered and corrected from the previous encounter. Terrible service, atmosphere, and food. Loyalty member as well.
