The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, especially the combo dishes which tasted fresh and authentic. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. Manoj and Naish ensured our order was taken promptly and checked on us regularly, while Gokul and Saidu was courteous and attentive throughout. Their friendly service made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, it’s a great place for good food, scenic views, and excellent service in Alleppey.

Food was good, mixed continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have more of traditional dishes like puttu kadala, which is what I expected to have for breakfast in Kerala. Anyway overall experience was good. Dipankar was very helpful and professional. He provides good suggestions and is very courteous.

In just a few interactions, she built such a lovely bond with our daughter — it was heartwarming to see. She is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about her job. Customer service like hers deserves appreciation.
