Good food. Only grip is they charge you for water… 38 cents. And any sauce you want for your sandcwhcih is extra other than the mustard sauce included. Which the center of sandwich was pretty dry so I resorted to the free ketchup vs paying for any extra sauce

Waited for almost an hour for 3 small shakes and a cup of vanilla. The crew had a very difficult time staying on task and very disorganized. If you do plan on going there, call ahead! 3 people walked out while we were there and didn’t even bother with getting a refund. Been going there for a long time and never seen it this bad!

Absolutely DISGUSTED by the management/owners son. We spent $75 on food and when we asked for a small plate to share nachos with, he told us to dump it on the tray. We have been to the place way before new management took over. We’ve always supported local businesses. We will never spend another penny there. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in an establishment before. The food may be good but the disrespect isn’t worth it. I feel so sorry for all the employees there to have to work under such a terrible person. He wouldn’t even come talk to us, he just yelled thru the window. He is a disgrace to the company. Lori, I hope you realize, Dexter Queen deserves better than him.

My girlfriend and I are typically huge fans of Dexter Queen, particularly the BBQ Fries/Nachos. Best I’ve ever had. Tonight my girlfriend and I went there and we both ordered BBQ Fries and large sweet teas. There was only one family in the dining area who was already eating. We waited at least 15 minutes. We could hear someone back in the kitchen call out “order out, dine in”, which we were certain was ours. Nothing. We heard it called out again. Finally we were brought our food without our drinks. The fries were not hot so they were obviously sitting there for a bit. Then my girlfriend took the tray back up there to let someone know about it. The girl she spoke with had a little bit of an attitude. We ended up just getting our money back. Very disappointed in the service. The evening crew needs to tighten up.

This place has steadily gone downhill over the last year or so. Teenagers taking orders and serving with no adult supervision. Tonight I watched them take my order (which was wrong by the way) to another couple. After they handled my food and realized it wasn’t theirs, they took it back. The waitress simply brought it right back out to me. Disgusting!!

The food is amazing. I always get either a lotta pig or lotta burger. I have eaten at Dexter Queen since childhood and am now 58. Every meal has been delicious. The service is friendly. I always order by phone and the food is always ready by the time they say it will be. My entire family loves Dexter Queen.

My burger patty was the smallest patty I’ve ever seen on a burger. For $10? Asked what was in the pig sandwich.. all she said was meat… when I asked what kind of meat she said pig.. smh.. ok…. bacon? Pulled pork? Pork chop? Ham? She couldn’t answer. Told her it was to go. When she brought pur food out it was for there. I told her it was to go and she literally THREW all 3 meals into one bag. Good thing we were just passing through. Would have been better off going to mcdonalds..

Did not order food. Was ignored in the atrium while 2 female employees stood and bad mouthed a customer that has just placed a food order. Unbelievable what they said about a customer that is providing them with a job. Went inside to counter. Same 2 female employees ignored me again. One picked her too short black shorts from her rear end and then did not wash her hands as she began to prepared boxes for the “stupid woman’s” order.
Finally received service from a very nice blonde employee. By the way, I am not easy to miss. I have fluorescent green hair. Look for me on your cameras. Will not be back for any reason.

Ordered online. Waited 15 past the pick up time to ensure food was done. Food was ice cream made when we got there. I was happy about that so it wasn’t melted but to get a banana split in a cup and to be told after ordering online that next time I’d be charged for the topping THEIR online ordering let me add for free. Over 40 dollars for a small fry, 2 burgers, a fish sandwich and chili fries. Would not recommend if you don’t like your food touching.
