Me and my family went over here for my mom’s birthday. The staffs are very nice and friendly. There food is very good the atmosphere is perfect too. If u are easiñy cold, please bring ur sweater bcuz ac is inside. I love thus place and i would definitely recommend it.

Got to the venue at around 8:30 with a party of 4 and chose to dine outside. Waiter came out and said what was not available so we proceeded anyway. 30 mins after we ordered the waiter comes back out to say that they didn’t have any garlic for the garlic lobster, order gets changed at this point. 10 mins later waiter comes back out to say that they only have one bun and so one of us wouldn’t be getting our order… Order changes again at this point we’ve already invested time and money so let’s give ELEVEN a chance right…
So food starts to arrive and it seems like they also ran out of enough wings to make the full advertised order for us. So we are now still here waiting to see what’s next and just having a laugh . Now at this point and being in the industry we need to do better, where is the accountability???
I would like to ask the owners/ managers of ELEVEN what is your standard? What exactly are you trying to do , as at this point a cook shop has you beat. Who does the checks and balances. Where is the back up supply!!!!

This is a true gem. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent service. Sunday night Karaoke with Starboy Rodriguez is so much fun. I had a great rime and I will be back. This is a great place for visitors to cone experience true Jamaican hospitality.

this is truly an underrated restaurant and lounge. We had a good time and enjoyed the food, the dishes we prepared on time and service was alright. recommend visiting here if you stop by in Westmoreland.

Went there with my fiance for our birthday dinner and the atmosphere was better than expected. While they don’t do reservations because the venue isn’t really large, they did their best to make accommodations for me because I use a wheelchair and I appreciated that. We definitely might swing by again when we are looking for somewhere to go in Sav that is cozy, a little upbeat but chill at the same time.

My wife and I have eaten here several times. The food is great, except for the burger. Food is hot and fresh, seasoned to perfection! We come for lunch and dinner. It’s also our late night wing spot. Great portions and the Lobster is literally the best lobster ever! And it’s BIG! Just tried the burger today and it was a small, over cooked patty with buns that dwarfed the patty. It was dry throughout and crunchy on the edges. Definitely not a burger spot. But everything else is great! Drinks from the bar are also amazing! Eleven Again and the Mai Tai are our go to at this restaurant. Atmosphere is consistently perfect!
