Excellent tacos. Hard to find lengua on a menu so it was such a treat that they had it available! However, the hunt for Fried Ice cream that comes out with a warm cornflakes shell continues.

We go here almost every Tuesday to catch the taco Tuesday specials — tacos are $1 off, and they have some drink specials as well. The street tacos are some of the best in the area, in my humble opinion.
The staff are always attentive and friendly. The food comes out very quickly. The only very minor criticism I can muster is that the back room would be fantastic if it matched the energy of the front (bar) area.
It’s a classy place to hang out and get some excellent food and beverages!

Ate at this restaurant 3 times while vacationing in Durango. The food was delicious! The drinks are great too. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I’m a doordasher and had to pick up an order 11min before they closed last night, and the woman who helped me was one of the most kind, pleasant people I’ve met in this town the entire time 5+ years I’ve lived here. She helped me carry the order to my car cause it was really big, and was just so pleasant. I didn’t get her name, but in this current world where everyone is so short and rude with each other, I wanted to make sure she was acknowledged for her kindness. Thanks for employing such pleasant people!

This is such a cool restaurant! You order as you come in the door. Food to the left, drinks to the right. We had a volcano, gringas, nachos libre, and a salad (taco salad type dish). It was all incredible! Fresh, great flavors, great choices! Super cool atmosphere with plenty of seating as well.

This restaurant has cafeteria style ordering and they give you a # and bring the food and drinks to your table. Thought the food was very good, chips were not home made, roasted green chili salsa was excellent. My biggest problem is the margarita, we ordered the namesake margarita and it was the worst margarita I have ever had! We sent it back and told them it didn’t have any triple-sec, they may have added some. Still the margaritas were undrinkable. We left $20 worth of drinks on the table and no one even checked back with us or asked if the drinks we sent back were ok.

We stopped in on a whim while in downtown Durango, and were not disappointed! They offered a great menu and had amazing tacos! The fish tacos were crispy and amazing! Street tacos were great too! If you like tacos and are in Durango, you will have to stop in!

Overall a great experience as always! One my favorite places to come to when I come into Durango! I love the tacos from here and the drinks are also great! I’ve had the asada tacos and chicken tacos!

The quesobirria was fantastic!! The consome served was flavorful and a perfect accompaniment! The al pastor burrito was simply delicious! The flavors were spot on and the meat was tender. We got the guac which was LEGIT! The queso was a fancied up canned nacho cheese sauce, but was tasty too! Their chips and salsa were light and crispy with a delicious smokiness to the salsa. We got an ala cart roasted chili with cheese and it was “ok” but the cheese wasn’t fully melted and the chili wasn’t cooked until done. The house margarita was tart (I wasn’t a fan, but drank it anyway… I mean, it’s a MAR-GA-RITA!) and we got the tamarind marg as well which was much more to our liking. We are only in Durango for one night and we are SO GLAD that this was our evening meal! We wish we were staying longer, just to sample more of their menu!

Enjoyed the food and ambiance so much that we went two days in a row while in town. Both days had Nachos Libres, different meat each time… delicious! Front of restaurant has a night club type vibe. Back half has plenty of seating with views of the open kitchen. Contemporary decor with the Mexican wrestler theme is interesting and unique. Staff was all friendly and bathrooms were clean.
