Decent bowl but probably wouldn’t go out of my way to get one. Noodles were soggy like they had been cooked too long or sat in the broth for too long and the meat felt dry (i know sounds weird since it’s in a soup, but…) overall not a bad bowl of pho, but definitely not my favorite spot in the twin cities. I do like the vibes of this spot a lot though, and I have huge respect for the simplicity of their menu. I wish more places would do what they are doing and only focus on a couple items. Tri color dessert was good- simple coconut flavor and nice to cool down with after the soup.

The menu makes choosing what to eat pretty easy, it’s Pho and egg rolls, plus a variety of non alcoholic drinks. I decided to try the “Traditional” Pho. It was delicious and seemed to almost have a Christmas spice flavor to it. Very affordable but cash only.

This is my all-time favorite spot for authentic Pho. This is the closest you’ll get to Mom’s homemade pho. I usually get the house special, but this is always a must stop by place when I’m in town. (plus you know it’s good when it’s the only thing on the menu)

Good if you’re in the area and want the cheapest bowl around.
The house special pho is clear and clean but tastes very watered down with a few scraps of dried out flank, four meatball quarters, and a single strip of tripe.
The eggrolls were very old and looked like they were cut in half hours ago and refried.

The phone was okay. I had much higher expectations from what I have heard. I definitely would not go out of my way to go back. However I would give it a 5 out of 10 for their pho definitely not the best I’ve had and definitely not the worst.

Menu has no price for pho which is unusual. You have to ask for the price. The size they only have is small and large. I asked what is the size for the small, the waitress was pissy about it saying they only have small and large that’s it. Looking around I noticed how extra SMALL of a bowl of pho was and just asked for a large. Which the large bowl was not even a large?! More like a regular size small bowl…
When the order came I was shock how soggy the noodles were… they even sticked to the bottom of the bowl.

This place has awesome pho! It is not a big place but food comes out fast and delicious! The chili sauce on the table clears out sinuses which felt really great with all the weather fluctuations we’ve had recently. I got the small size of the house #2 and that was perfect! We also got some egg rolls for the table. I had a virgin coconut drink that was ideal when I had too much spice! I know I’ll be back for the pho!

Not as good as it used to be. This place used to be the best pho in town but not anymore. Maybe change of cook. A good cook is more important than the name.

Pho is fine. ≈$14 for a large bowl. Not as much meat as I would have liked for the meal. Good broth.

Best Pho in the Twin Cities hands down! That being said, weekends are busier!
