How does one describe one of the best dining/customer service experiences he has received? Let me explain. The associate provided me with a service that I have not been able to receive for quite some time as a PJP customer. Best of all, he did so kindly and willingly. There is a condiment that I prefer with my honey chipotle wings. I contacted the location after calling two others because I wanted to make sure the manager would assist me in procuring the extra honey chipotle sauce for my wings. The associate/manager assured me he could assist me. He was mannerable and polite and his demeanor should be inducted in a training module for how to go above and beyond for the customer. He is premier customer service personified.

Would give a zero out of five. It’s a shame you can’t select which location you’d like to order delivery from because this one never fails to ruin dinner. Wings are barely sauced and has the wrong dipping sauce per sauce. The cheese on the pizza never goes to the crust and the crust is thin and dried out. The extra garlic sauce I ordered and paid for wasn’t given. You never hear back from “management” when complaints are made and the workers just do not care.

Today is June 20, 2025 place an order at Papa John’s Pizza Located at 12735 Hallberry St. Louis, MO 63033 when I arrived to pick up my pizza, somehow they wrote the wrong name on the order. They checked the order so they had the right phone number the right debit card used, and the right amount for the total, but still refused to give me my food
The young lady that represented herself as an assistant manager refused to give me my order. She also refused to give me my money back. I then asked about calling the manager, she stated she was the assistant manager again I said well then if you can’t do anything, then how I’m gonna get my money back she said call the number that you called. I went back to my car call the number kept ringing in their store. Every time I called the number the number rang in the store about the same number I dialed initially however, the young lady continue to refuse to give me anything my order and my money back I then ask for the telephone number for their area manager. She said there’s no such thing as an area manager. They do not have an area manager. I said your manager has a supervisor so who can I contact? She then pointed me to the number of the store again and said just continue to call that number these people rob me today y’all I stopped in here to get dinner for my family. I’m here at my home now. No dinner kids in the room crying no money so that I can buy something else. This store is horrible. Terrible customer service. I then ask well, how am I supposed to feed my family? She smiled and said they’re gonna refund you your money I said oh you contacted someone she said no you’re supposed to do that. She tell me she could call her manager. She looked at the clock and said I can’t call her. She’s on her second job and I’m not gonna disturb her so I walked away from the store no money no pizza.

This location is the worst and has been for years. The delivery driver noted in the app that he had delivered the pizza, but he didn’t show up until 30 minutes later. When he delivered the pizzas, they were upside down so some of the toppings were stuck to the lid. The store said that they would send another order to replace those pizzas, but that order never showed up. The store said they couldn’t refund my order because it had already been replaced even though I never received the replacements.

Speaks for itself, looks like you threw 30 little sausage crumbs in the air and some of the slices got no sausage at all. Needless to say NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM ANY papa johns again what a waste of my money. Lesson learned. How many more bad reviews must you have before retaining your staff to put out a decent product. SMH, I wish I could manage this spot and I could bet my bottom dollar this would be a top notch store. It not that hard to take pride in your job.

Scheduled my food today. Came in and out want ready. What’s the point of allowing future orders if you don’t prepaid it. I order Buffalo wings. I got garlic parm. Ticket says buffalo but now I got attitude. 8 min wait for you to fix your mistake. No compensation. No apology. Store full of disrespect young men.

My girlfriend Never received her delivery and it went through DoorDash after ordering on the papa John’s website. Multiple dashers over a hour plus period and nothing was picked up. Who ever owns this place needs to get their stuff together.
