SLOW, SLOW, AND SLOW. The service was horrible and the drive through took us over 43 minutes. The drive through ordering employee was very slow and didn’t care at all. It was a very bad experience. For a new store, you would think management would anticipate such flood of customers. Do not come to this location.

I’ve been a frequent customer here, ordered food multiple times. While the restaurant had a rough start, as evident from the reviews, I gotta admit that they’ve improved significantly. In my last three visits, I didn’t have any issues with wait time. However, I must say that the flavors and quality don’t quite compare to other locations. The nuggets are slightly overdone, the fries are overdone, they probably sit in the basking light for too long. I’m not sure if this is a location-specific issue, but I’m from Florida, and Wendy’s consistently offers better quality food, regardless of the location.
The only thing that bothers me is the service. I dislike when I order food from fast-food restaurants and the workers act like I’m being an inconvenience to them. Management needs to invest in training their staff to improve their customer service skills. They should focus on creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with more smiles, “have a great day”, and “thank you!” I never understood why it’s so difficult to do such a simple gesture. Hopefully, they can turn things around and avoid going out of business.

This place has no Quality control. I ordered a salad and all the lettuce in it was rotten and the grilled chicken was hard as rocks. They need to rethink the management at this location. No standards at all. I am reporting this on the site as well. Completely disgusting.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was thin and cooler. Wendy’s used to have a great chicken sandwich. Now its thin and does not taste well because its chewy. Please get the bigger chick breasts back. Thanks.

This was my 2nd time at this Wendy’s. Service was slow for every customer. Multiple people went up to complain about missing items. We had a larger order so we expected to wait. I ordered about 12 bacon cheesburgers, baconators included. Only 3 of those burgers had bacon. Only 4 had cheese. So we paid extra just to have our order pretty badly messed up. The eating area has been soiled and dirty. For having so many employees present you’d think 1 of them would be in charge of maintaining cleanliness. 1 male employee there smelled of weed walking into the restroom. He came out after 2 mins while im still getting my drinks from the dispenser, and the smell of marijuana hit the lobby like a brick. Aint no amount of burgers hiding that smell. The sad thing is, its a nice sunday afternoon and the whole lobby was full of families with little children. I love Wendys in general, but don’t reccommend this location at all. This was the last time I will take my family here.

First experience was awful. Long lines are understandable because it’s new. But my order was REALLY messed up. Ordered a burger, got a lukewarm chicken sandwich. Ordered Fanta, got lemonade and the wrong size. Ordered sauce, got nothing. If you want a better version of a bad meal go to the McD literally next door.
UPDATE: Gave one more try during lunch. Order was correct, but food was not hot or fresh. Chili had a poorly crumbled patty in it …during lunch, which makes me question if it was leftover meat from last night. And bring straws from home because they don’t give those out.

Having just opened a few months back, you’d expect a learning curve from staff. They’re on it, kind and professional. The food is what it always was so you won’t be disappointed there. The location is great because you can do some shopping and hot the Wendy’s dive thru for a meal or a treat on your way home. Great addition to Riverwood!

Absolutely not. Just ordered $27 worth of food. 2 singles, 2 jr bacon cheese burgers. Spicy chicken nuggets a frosty and a small chicken sandwich that had bacon on it. Its all gross. Soggy burgers, soggy bread, toppings mashed in my burgers. And the chicken was not fresh at all. UNBELIEVABLE. There was no reason for anything to be old as busy as it was. New food should be dropped often as busy as it was.
Who hired all these people and who is in charge of training? What a hectic chaos. And why is the staff all young kids who dont care about anything in there. Thats a major part of the problem. These kids in here working with food and probably dont even cook or clean at home. Employees nonchalantly walking around with the I dont care attitude. Yes its busy but this was chaos. This was a bunch of Employees not trained well for the busy time and being a new restaurant. Highly disappointed for the area. And employees all bunched up on top of each other not knowing what is going on. Im sorry but I do not recommend. We cant even finish our food. I feel grossed out. And unfortunately won’t be back.

NOT what I expected from a well known food chain. First of all the fries were old, chewy, lukewarm and too salty. The double cheese bacon was what I was expecting, minus the bacon. Take more pride in how your food is served. Won’t last long if this continues, I won’t be back!

Went to the new Wendy’s at Riverwood Town Center in Evans for the second time. Both times went inside to order and eat. Both times ridiculously slow, while the drive thru orders were rolling out the window. A little more focus should be placed on the walk up customers. And the second time, the girl who took our order acted like we were bothering her. No welcome, no thanks, barely spoke to us. Very unwelcoming environment.
