Classic breakfast food, with a old school diner atmosphere. Lovely staff.
They have bar seating for solo diners, booths for couples/small groups and table seating for bigger groups and families with kiddos.
Portions are generous.
Place is a bit dated structurally, but has aged very well and still feels clean. Wholeheartedly recommend checking it out!

The staff is great, the atmosphere is great event their bathrooms are super clean I don’t use public bathrooms regardless but this was the cleanest public bathroom I’ve ever seen. But honestly the food isn’t good to me. Been there like three times and it’s just not for me and it’s really expensive. But hey some people like it, just not for me sorry just being honest

I don’t think I’ll return to Raspberries Cafe on Commercial Drive in New Hartford. I always preferred the Genesee street location, but even if that were still open, it wouldn’t change much.
There wasn’t one item on the menu that I could pay with using a $10 bill. I understand costs have risen, but I didn’t order anything extra and my bill was $17.
The food was underwhelming. The atmosphere could be described as forgotten.
It was not a bad experience, just one I would rather not experience again.

We’ve come here multiple times and have had the best service and food! This Sunday we go our waitress is loud and obnoxious! We didn’t get our food until 1 hour and 20 mins of sitting there and once the food did come out for my family my food was missing the waitress never put it in my order. When I got my food the waitress caused a scene loudly stating it was only a few minutes late. Embarrassing my family and I got the wrong potatoes my hollandaise sauce was broken and had too much lemon in it. Needless to say we will not be returning.
