Went here and ordered a chicken pita with veggies to go. I’m non-dairy and the lady at the counter accidentally added feta. Fine okay, but then she proceeds to try
and scrape off crumbled feta with her hands (gloved yes but still weird) instead of just making me a new one. Eventually she gives up and does my order again, which is nice. But then she jacks it up by DROWNING it in shug sauce (ps, I asked for regular not extra). So now my entire pita is soggy and all I can taste is shug sauce. Really bad experience today for an otherwise delicious chain restaurant

CAVA never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. I love being able to customize my bowl exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly and the service is quick even when it’s busy. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

We came to lunch on Monday around 2:30. Place was empty but all the tables were dirty with trash on them and the trash can was full. I ordered the salmon bowl good, husband ordered the chicken bowl good. The pita is awful don’t waste your tastebuds. Hummus was good green dressing was good. The only bad thing was dirty tables and no water in water bin. Plenty of parking.

It’s the first time that I eat at this CAVA and the place is very nice. We went a group of 6 and they very kindly add the same order number so we can have all the food together, but it wasn’t like lol, but no problem.
I ate crushed avocado and it was super good, one chicken shawarma same. To drink a mink cucumber drink and it was fresh and good.

I’ve been going here for years off and on. The food is always good. Just went back after a long break and they remodeled, cut their menu down, and are now set up with a food line concept like Chipotle. Super bummed they no longer have the salmon bowl/salad but more bummed about the tahini milkshakes, soft serve, and the coffee drinks being gone. Was a big draw for me, so will only go back if convenient. Again, the staff, always, are extremely friendly.

Great place to come for a heathy alternative! I come here on the regular and I love it! The manager Rachel that works at this location, is the most sweetest person ever. She creates such a warm environment! I work here at the plaza so I come here every often. She’s such a good manager!
