It is our first time to order From them so we take time to review the menu to choose our pizza specially we looking for Halal or vegetarian options.
The nice man who take our order been very nice and helpful he take our custom order and explain for us what is the difference between each kind of crust.
The pizza was super delicious..the dough was fluffy and crispy with creamy sauce
Thank you so much for your service .
To make matters worse, when we called to address the issue, the staff showed zero concern or urgency in fixing the problem. We had to wait for over an hour for them to deliver the correct pizza, and by then, our entire dinner was ruined.
Domino’s, if you can’t even get basic orders right, how can customers trust you? This was a complete lack of attention, care, and respect for dietary preferences. A pizza chain this big should be able to handle simple requests, but apparently, that’s too much to ask for.
I will never order from this location again. You’ve lost a loyal customer, and I urge others to think twice before placing an order here if they care about their food preferences being taken seriously. Utterly disgraceful!
Price per person: …
I haven’t had Dominos in 40 years. I was considering, but the reviews and the horrible service from the managers tells me to stay away.
Your employees can make or definitely break your business. You never know who’s coming in for service. I could be the Health Department and shut the place down for sanitation purposes..Talk to your staff about customer service food handling.
The situation started when the previous manager told me she couldn’t complete my order, then proceeded to walk away crying—leaving the front completely unattended. Shortly after, a different manager, Hailey F., came out and informed me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes for my order. When I asked if anything would be done to address the delay, she refused to offer any compensation or support—completely ignoring Domino’s own 30-minute service policy.
What’s worse, when I reminded her that the delay was clearly a management issue and not the customer’s fault, Hailey F. responded with shocking arrogance and hostility, saying, “I’ll just cancel your order.” This wasn’t just unhelpful—it was blatantly dismissive, disrespectful, and showed zero interest in solving the issue.
Adding insult to injury, when I asked for contact information for a higher-level manager, she flat-out refused to provide it, clearly trying to avoid accountability for the store’s failures. This is unacceptable behavior from someone in a management role.
This entire experience was a complete failure of customer service and a clear example of negligent, unqualified management. The fact that a manager would rather cancel an order than take responsibility or even attempt to assist a customer is both disturbing and unprofessional. It’s evident that the leadership at this location is not only untrained but unwilling to uphold even the most basic standards of service.
