I ordered a pizza through DoorDash and my girlfriend and I both found hair baked into our pizzas. When I called to notify the store of the issue, the woman over the phone said that there are “only guys” who work in the kitchen. The color of the hair does not match my girlfriend’s (the hair we found was a reddish brown), and it was baked INTO the cheese.
During the phone call with the employee at domino’s, I was told that I would need to contact DoorDash in order to get a refund, but I hadn’t mentioned anything about a refund during the whole call. I wanted to warn the employees that there is hair in their product.

Ordered online. I always have trouble navigating their website. Drop down menus don’t work properly. This time I called to confirm my order when it didn’t show on the website. They told me it was in the oven & would be ready in 4 minutes. I arrived to pick it up. They couldn’t find it and had to make it while I waited. Another ~20 minutes out of my dinner break. This is unacceptable! You need to spend a few $ on a coder who can make you website more user friendly & efficient. I’ve written you about this website problem before. Step up or else lose the business. I worked 2 years for a franchisee in I’ll. in the 80s. Mack would have never put up with this poor of customer service. Get with the program or lose business.

If you like waiting for your order when they’re NOT busy then definitely order here. 2 separate occasions I’ve order online from this Domino’s and both times they haven’t started making my ordered UNTIL I’ve gone in to pick it up (when online says it’s supposed to be ready). Both times they weren’t busy too. So either the order tracker doesn’t work orrrrr the employees are sitting around doing nothing. If you want your order ready when it’s supposed to be, don’t order at this location.

9 out of 10 times orders are wrong, if they promise to fix it next time instead of a refund they won’t, they’ll try to change what they promised. I’m so fed up I don’t bother even picking up the promised replacements anymore, it’s always an argument & their solution is “well your replacement is free” ! well no it’s not I never got what I paid for originally so how is it free? They offered a replacement pizza of Lrg 4 topping to replace a Lrg 4 topping 1/2 & 1/2 pizza, but when it came time to replace it the girl on the phone said all she could do is 2 toppings on each side which equals 4 total toppings, so in short the replacement wasn’t a replacement of the original order at all. I gave up, didn’t bother with it anymore & took my business elsewhere. Service & getting what you pay for is gone & so is my business.

We ordered for pick up, when we got food home, was very disappointed in the shrinkflation taking place, there was hardly any cheese, or toppings on pizzas,the wings were soooo tiny. Sad to say but will Not be ordering from Domino’s in the future. I find lately we just rather eat at home, better food honestly.

Despite some other reviews my experience has been great. A mistake was made on one of my orders. I called in Lady was super nice about it offered to remake my order and gave me a free side. When I came to pick up the order it was ready Lady once again apologized Great experience.

Surprisingly decent pizza. I like the thin, cracker crust and it was perfect. They didn’t skimp on the toppings (at least not this time). The parmesan cheese bread bites were delicious also, not too salty, just right.

7-8-25 AEVEN THE HAND-TOSSED BREAD HAS EXTRA CHARGE. not happy to update that the service and quality is NEITHER acceptable NOR compete-able. As you in screenshot my order suppose to ready between 12-17 minutes but I wait in car more than half an hour to receive the order. Food quality: worth ever, just a few pieces of chicken, mush-rum or even pepperoni. National coupon in California $7.99 and a pair of medium of it after tax is $17.22. Cannot even compete little Caesar big one. Receipt attached.
I am a local customer of this location for at least 6 years, but what makes me to up date my review is not only delay for 2 recent orders. What make me sad is that I step in store and see Sara ( the young lady who always serve us perfectly) run around the store ALONE and struggle to make delayed orders ready, this is neither fair nor correct, I guess the management team needs to address this manpower shortage asap otherwise I would escalate it to higher ranks of the company. My ordered delayed 20min at this order.
