Came to get dinner. Was never greeted even after waiting to order after being there for at least 10 minutes. I guess her text was more important. Watched them take a rag pick up fries and put them back in the container.

The guy who brought us our food was very nice and even got us more sauce when there wasn’t any in the bag. However the Mac n chz looked nasty and wasn’t even full, and one of my corn dog bites was the size of a dime.

Very good bacon burger . Service was very good, the cashier gave me a free soda!. The fries were very good and clean as well. Not a long wait for the food either. Will definitely be going back….Thank You for your hospitality and great food.

The drink station was atrocious. I’m attaching a photo. It obviously hadn’t been touched all day. There were *maybe* 3 clean tables in the place. They were NOT busy by any stretch, so I was surprised. We used napkins and hand sanitizer to clean a table as there were 5 of us and the only 2 tables large enough were filthy. They got the orders of the 2 customers in front of us incorrect, and we worried, but we were only missing 1 order of fries. The poor lady ahead of us had to come back twice to get her correct items. The kitchen area was strewn with plastic take out bags on the floor and I’m sure that’s a slipping hazard. Won’t be back. This place could not have been more ick.

This was the absolute worst burger I’ve ever been served. The tomato was rotten, there was hardly any lettuce, with a small greasy fries and a drink that cost almost $10. I feel like I just got ripped off.
I should have read the reviews before I stopped here. Yuk!

Horrible, ordered wings and got wing pieces. Not extra crispy!! Then the meat was purple and nasty. I didn’t even eat it. One of the worst meals I’ve ever had.

The food is always cold, no matter what you order. Flavor is cardboard. And the manager needs to find a babysitter. Very sad to see. I Can’t stop coming because family loves the restaurant but staff and management need to show more effort. SAD

I’m usually very happy with the service at this location…. Today was not good at all. It took quite a long time for our order to come out. I was told that it was given to someone else. Once the order did come out the biscuit was undercooked. I took it to the counter and the person said she’d bring a good one out in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I left and never got the biscuit. Seems like a very off day for the crew at this location. Hopefully they get it figured out soon!
