We arrived at 9pm on Friday night. As we pulled into the lot they turned the lights all off. When we pulled to the drive through they said we could go ahead and order, but there weren’t any lights on outside anywhere. Once they turned all of the outside lights back on, after we had to ask ,we were able to order. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich with fries. We told them we didn’t want any of the sauce on it… it was FLOODED with the nasty buffalo sauce that comes on it. The fries were soggy and lacking flavor. And the longest thing we waited on was the peach tea, NO CLUE WHY! Needless to say this visit was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

My fiancée, brother in law, and I at here while on a marketplace run. We waited 10 minutes before ordering (no big deal) as we ordered we waited an additional 30 mins before we even made it to the drive thru window. Sitting there for at least 5 mins before they even took a payment. Sat there much longer and the guy asked us what we had (again) so we handed him the receipt. He goes “Oh your order got taken off the screen. *Hands us order* They didn’t tell me it was here.” So our food been sitting there. We then asked for our drinks and it was supposed to be a dr pepper and cherry vanilla coke and got 2 regular cokes. Then we get up the road and my fiancées order is wrong. We were here for a hour (went bck to look at life360 time stamps) and i tried to be cool bc ive worked in fast food before, but this is ridiculous.

They are working on the drive thru process and it will get better. The milkshakes are AWESOME! Chicken strips were good and the fries were good also.

At the new location of Dyersburg, TN today August 2, 2025 the grand opening came with free food! EVERYONE was racing to get theirs. These employees held their positions, they were caring, thoughtful, respectful, & didn’t once fall back. We only waited a total of 26 minutes for free food! That was fantastic for my family, I’m so happy they did this. Great Service & Great People working! Thanks ladies & gentleman.

Went through drive through, waited in line for 30 minutes and my order was wrong. Finally got it and the wings were extremely dry. Will never stop at this location again.

Horrible no one knows what they are doing always get my order wrong . The food is over cooked the wait time for food is ridiculous it should be fresh they can’t read receipts never give my the amount of drinks I ordered and they are rude. Pulled up to wait on our order. 5 vehicle came through the drive through behind us and got there order instead of filling ours and COMPLETING OURS!!! They completed their STUPID!!! THEN WE GOT OUR ORDER AND AS I WAS PULLING OUT TO THE STREET OUR ORDER WASN’T EVEN COMLETED!!! SO THEN I HAS TO WAIT FOR THEM TO MAKE MY ORDER THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 23 FREAKIN MINUTES AGO!!!!!

Worst Zaxbys…. Called corporate because two days in a row we had issues (on top of previous issues)
Corporate was great….the franchise owner not so much… made excuses nothing was their fault “business has been so good that what they order just isn’t enough”
Them not being able to take credit cards i get that was a company wide issue but you being out of product is not a “oops were doing so well issue” its a poor planning and not ordering properly – if you have to borrow from another store you should have known that WELL before you ran out. Plus half the time i get food here its the wrong order or not edible….i love their food when its good but at this point with their attitude im not risking again.
Not even apologetic – well their business is “so good” then they wont miss mine – ill go to Martin or when Dyersburg opens ill go there.
